I would have never found this place had my friend not told me about it, but it's so cute! They are set up in a historic building right outside of downtown & the decor just fits right in with the feeling you get when you walk in... wonderful. The girls are so helpful & great to work with. They make your entire bridal party feel like princesses.

It's nice, but I agree it feels a bit strange with the other houses on the property. You can rent rooms that have been turned into a "bed & breakfast" but I wasn't really convinced.

The home is lovely, but I think the other houses really take away from the elegant feel.

I'd have to agree with the previous reviewer... EXPENSIVE. But the atmosphere is wonderful & they have almost every high end designer that is out there. If you don't mind spending a pretty penny on your dress then this is definitely THE PLACE to shop on the north side of town.

The rental fee was a bit outrageous, but the mansion is AMAZING. They weren't available on our date, but if they had been we would have gladly paid the price.

I didn't really fell welcome here. The venue selection process is tough & very stressful, but I didn't feel that the lady was very enthusiastic about showing us around the property. It seemed like we were bothering her with our questions. The only reason I'm giving them a 3 anyway is because I think it's a unique place with a lot to offer & they have reasonable prices. I still really like it, but I just wish they would be a bit nicer.

It's a nice "artsy" place, but parking would probably be a beast. We almost passed it. They had a great open house that really helped us visualize what a wedding would be like. It just didn't fit us or the feel we were trying to convey. I think it smells a little like smoke inside, but my senses could be a bit off. It has a very historic, nostalgic feel, which I liked, but not really what we were looking for.

My girls & I went here for drinks & stayed the night after hitting almost every club in downtown. The location is perfect & it's very trendy.

The Hotel immediately takes you to another time period. It has an upscale, over the top feel to it, but is still warm & inviting. I love that it's small & intimate. Our biggest challenge was I didn't want to have a wedding at a hotel, but this is certainly different. Very unique, classy hide-away.

Just too far out, but there's nothing they can really do about that. Other than that it's perfect! We looked at so many venues & my fiance immediately fell in love with the Briscoe Manor. It's difficult to find anything comparable.

We love this place! Cabo is so beautiful & all the resorts are amazing, but Dreams Los Cabos gives you that feeling that you are the only person staying there. All of the people who work here go out of there way to give you first class service. They have great food & so many fun things to do without even leaving the resort.
