This place had been a nightmare from beginning to end for my Fiance and I. The times kept changing, Sylvia Noland was never accommodating, she was never available to meet with us or to write back to us. She seemed to always be on vacation. The gardens were selling in a real estate deal so then the initial discussion about what we would get for the property rental changed as well... finally, the last thing to not go right was the new mgmt. company and shortly after some noise ordinance issue. I found that it was so funny that the issue of the noise happened immediately after a 'new' prop mgmt co was to come in to play. Overall, I had a bad feeling about this place since day one- it was such a miracle that I didn't book our caterer, rentals, and lighting b/c now I was able to get an AMAZING new venue which I loved 100% more than the Ambassador. I feel so horrible for all the couples who went through this nightmare along w/ my Fiance and I. It's a shame that Sylvia and the Ambassador Campus got off scott free with screwing everyone else over.

We were very excited to work with Classic Party Rentals, since we thought, they were a well-known reputable company for events.... what a disappointment it was to see what they actually were really about. Hands down, this place had the worst customer service you could imagine--Anna Cano, was our sales rep...she was horrible!!! We met with her at our venue in late July and it is now late September and we finally received a working estimate from her!!! She never picks up your phone calls/returns messages/replies to emails. I finally got fedup and called her assistant with my complaint that she has been MIA for a month, in 10 min I got a call from Anna herself, no apologies. Since then, it was been another 3 weeks, and I just now heard from her ASSISTANT w/ a "per Anna" remark about my proposal. LOL!! Again, the worst customer service you could possibly have. Not worth the money (by far not the cheapest anything) and not worth the time and frustration-there are lots of other vendors who do rentals way more worthy of your time and money than these people.

REALLLLLLY BAD customer service. They nickel and dime you for everything. I had been dealing with them since February and still don't feel comfortable enough to give these people my money.... Nicolle was a NIGHTMARE to work with. She literally shooed me and my FI away because we didn't put down our deposit with her on our 2nd meeting-so embarrassing. Food was ok but, when you've gotten estimates that were always missing something... things important like a Kitchen Setup, then you start to worry if these people can truly manage your event if they can't even manage your proposals. I say don't waste your time.
