I chose Studio One because they had the most reasonable price I could find in the area. The photographer was very hands-on at the wedding; she directed everyone where and how to stand, and where and how to look. Subsequently, the pictures came out beautifully. She used different techniques to get different styles of pictures. She took many different poses which gave us a wide variety of styles and pictures from which to choose. Additionally, she worked very quickly and stayed on task to keep everyone moving. Our wedding album was completed within days and looked great, as well. After seeing pictures from weddings who used a different photographer, I would use Studio One every time!

Buds and Blooms is a small flower shop in Carol Stream. They did an amazing job with my flowers, and took care of every detail. When the flowers came in a different color, the owner sent them right back and got the right ones in time. She was very helpful in showing me different options and choices for all the flowers, because I truly had no idea what I was doing or looking for in flowers. They even delivered the flowers directly to the church in time. I would recommend them to everyone for any floral occassion!

This is the only Catholic church that I could find in the Western suburbs that would accept non-parishoners. Father Mike was great with helping us plan the wedding, and even offered to say the mass when our other priest backed out two weeks before the wedding. He was also understanding that we are young Catholics, who don't necessarily follow all the rules of the church to the letter. Additionally, we used one of the recommended musicians, who had a beautiful voice and played the piano very well - and also accepting the job just 2 weeks before the wedding! The church itself is very beautiful, open, and bright.

I had a great experience at Carriage Greens. The food was absolutely phenomenal - and let's be honest, that's all anyone will remember. We were able to have a tasting to choose our menu about a month before the wedding, which was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable, compared to what you might find in the Chicagoland area. The only negative is when they served beef to people who had ordered chicken, and then ran out of beef, leaving the groom's father without a plate. On the upside, however, they were accommodating and made him something even better. I would definitely recommend this site.
