I agree with the other two posts...Cara is great. However, I absolutely CAN NOT recomend that anyone hire this company. I hired Custom Studios to do my wedding photography and videography. I have had multiple problems with this company mainly around poor communication, customer service and delivery of my final product. The first incident was during the engagement photo session. We were allotted 1 hour for a photo session. The photographer gave poor directions on where we were meeting, so we didn't get started until 20 minutes into the hour. Before we got our full hour of photos, Shani, the company owner came to get her photos taken with her family and cut our session short so she could have her picture taken for her Christmas cards. I was appalled and embarrassed at that point. On top of this, she was incredibly rude to me and my fiancé. Next, I wanted to adjust my some minor items to my package after I paid my initial deposit. I made this request 4 months before the actual service date. This request was not granted because Shani said that what I signed was a contract and it could not be altered. I could only add to my contract, but not take away. So I actually could alter it if I decided I wanted to buy more services? The last complaint I have is that I have not received my final product for which I paid! My wedding was on 6/28/2008 and today is 12/18/2008. It has been almost 6 months! I have contacted her many times to see what is going on, but I just hate talking to Shani because she is so rude to me. I just email her now so I don't have to listen to her run around.
