They were great to deal with when picking out the tuxes, they kept us updated about who hadn't been fitted, and allowed for two pick-up locations. The only (small) problem that we had was that we had changed the location for one set of tuxes the week before the wedding from Chicago to Orland, and on Thursday they weren't there. But they got them out first thing the next day, and even waved the fee when Nick didn't get the tuxes back when he was supposed to.
Nick got my engagement ring on Blue Nile, and had no problems. They also have a return policy, but buying online (or anywhere else for that matter) works best when you've done all of the homework. My ring is gorgeous, and I regularly get comments on how beautiful it is!

They definitely have great rates, even better than BusBank, and they've gotten good reviews by brides. The follow-up on my contract was not as quick as I would have liked, but everything else was perfect. Day of they arrived early, the bus was clean, the driver courteous, and dealt with the bridal party and family wonderfully. Highly recommend!
We used Stacey and Yola for our wedding and they were hands down the best vendor that we had. They were great to plan with and simply phenomenal the day of. They were there early, dealt with my crazy family without complaint, and took documenting the day in such detail and dealing with my crazy ideas for locations too. They even were able to hustle the bridal party photos through when it became obvious that some of them just weren't happy to be taking pictures in the cold and wanted to go home.
They always followed through with me, the package was great, the communication fantastic, and we simply love their personalities. Our photo album still gives me the chills, and friends ask to see it all the time when they are over! Everyone loves the photos, including my family who tend to be more traditional. I have to say that the best recommendation is when friends and family call for their information, or random folks ask who our wonderful photographer was!
