Overall, I had a very mixed experience at The Bride's Room. I tried on about 12 dresses and loved 3. She helped me narrow it down and when I tried "the one" on for a second time, I knew it was "the one". Then, she told me it was on sale!!! They made me feel like I was the only person in the world getting married and they let us take pictures too. However, she said I would have to make another appointment to try on veils, which I thought was very weird because I easily would have bought a veil that day. Also, they do not do in house alterations and the four recommended vendors for alterations were not close at all. I didn't find this out until I picked-up the dress, which came in 3 weeks late. They blamed the designer for the delay, which could be true, but a heads-up call would have been nice. Instead, I had to keep calling. When we paid the balance in cash, the girl did not know how to give us a receipt. In summary, my shopping experience was great, but after the purchase they made me feel like I was just another number. I would recommend the Bride's Room for a good price on a great dress, but don't expect much in terms of service after you walk out the door.
