I booked Kelly for my wedding day right after my trial, without going to other hair/makeup artists. I thought the trial went well, but the "after" pictures didn't turn out as I had hoped. I mentioned it to Kelly and she was extremely nice about it. She offered another trial so that I would feel comfortable on my wedding day. I told her exactly how I wanted my makeup/hair and showed her pictures, and the result was great!

I was really appreciative of Kelly's understanding. She provides great customer service, is a professional that I would recommend to friends and I look forward to working with her for my wedding!
