Her website provides great photos of all the pieces, including different color options to give you an idea of what they may look like in different colors. She also will send free crystal samples so that you can be sure the piece you design will match your dress perfectly! I asked her to customize an order for me with a special color combination and she personally emailed me to be sure that she was making what I had asked for. She sent me one piece before the others so I could see it in person and tell her that it was ok before she made the other pieces to match. This way we ensured that I wouldn't get stuck with six necklaces that were not what I thought.
