Sue did a great job and everything was exactly what I wanted. She delivered the flowers herself the morning of the wedding to make sure I was happy.

We are SO SO SO happy with our pictures. There are very few we don't like. Drew was really easy going and easy to work with all day. We were supposed to have both Drew and Deana there (they're a husband and wife team) but Deana got really sick the night before and couldn't make it. Drew did a fantastic job on his own (he is the only one who takes the photos - Deana just coordinates things).

Only one showed up on time and apparently he couldn't open a bottle of wine very well so one of the attorneys from my office ended up behind the bar opening wine bottles at the beginning of the reception because the line started to get long. The second bartender apparently showed up 45 minutes late and wasn¡¦t dressed properly. They were supposed to be in black and white (tux like outfit) and this guy wore a black shirt and proceeded to unbutton it (really really low) throughout the night. Gross. Also, we had the option of paying them $12 an hour (and they could collect tips from the guests) or we could pay $18 an hour (with no tips from guests). We chose to pay $18 an hour because I didn't want anyone spending any money. Towards the end of the reception I noticed a tip jar on the bar and apparently it had been there all night. We never noticed because we never went to the bar. In the end we only paid them $12 an hour since they had collected tips and we obviously couldn't return them to the guests. I was really upset about our guests spending money but it wasn't our fault. The Bartending Academy charged us $25 to reserve 2 bartenders and then the bartenders get all the money they make at the wedding. Even though it was the bartenders who made bad decisions I still wouldn't recommend using the Bartending Academy. I still can't believe they screwed up a beer, wine and champagne reception.

I'm going to say this was the 2nd best vendor we spent money on. DEFINITELY worth it in my opinion. I have pictures of the room before and after the chair covers were on and it really changed the entire look of the room. I'm so happy I decided to spend the money on them. Lizz (from L&M) was great to work with and was really flexible. She set up the covers on Saturday and we just had to meet her to drop them off Sunday (I actually had my best friend do it). It was really nice to have a local company do the covers, plus she was a fellow bride! I highly recommend using L&M!

I loved my reception location! 2 weeks before the wedding I faxed in the table/chair set-up that we wanted and it was all ready for us Friday morning. We got all day Friday to decorate (which was so helpful) and they were fabulous Saturday during the wedding. Helping with anything we needed. We brought in all our own vendors but there were two different "stewards" there to supervise during the reception and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also felt like it was very affordable.

Dawn also came to us at the church and she was so great to work with. She kept everyone laughing all morning and she did an amazing job. I only had to reapply my lipstick one time (after dinner and cake!) I had what I thought was the biggest pimple ever and Dawn made it completely disappear. We paid for a half day (less than 5 hours) and she was able to do me, 5 bridesmaids, and both mom's. She uses all MAC products and is incredibly talented - she was definitely worth the money.

Lily and Denise both came to us (we got ready at the church). We started at 9:00 and they did 6 updo's (me plus 5 bridesmaids) and both mom's. Everyone's hair looked fantastic and it stayed all night. I absolutely loved mine! They charged $50 per updo so we each paid about $60 after tipping.

Our driver was fantastic and was always there early, and even waited at the reception for an hour and a half until we were ready to leave. Great company to work with!

The cake was beautiful and was exactly what we had asked for. It was also delicious. We're still hearing about how good it was! As everyone says, she can be a little hard to contact but she came through wonderfully that day!

I'm only going to give them an B+ because the communication with them wasn't the best throughout the planning process. The owner is someone my mom has worked with many times so she assured us that he would doing a great job but it was hard to get him to meet with us and he has no contract so we decided to do our own. They ended up coming to the hall on Friday to set up all the tablecloths, glassware, silverware, etc. which made it much easier for us to decorate the tables. Saturday they did a great job and we heard over and over that it was the best food anyone had ever had at a wedding. They are MUCH cheaper than anyone else we found.
