I can't say much about what Betsy Robinson's is like inside, because I was never given the chance to come in. My MOH (al0626) and I were dress shopping together and called in to make appointments close to one another. They had the time slots open but would not allow us to schedule appointments close together. They said it would be "too stressful" for us to shop for wedding gowns so close to one another and just said to come back another time. We were shocked and found them very unaccomodating. For all they knew, we both could have had $10,000 gown budgets, but now they will never know.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. On the outside, it doesn't look like much. But inside...it's so cute and they people in there are WONDERFUL. They carry gowns in all price ranges, including some top end designers. The fitting rooms are huge and they bring the gowns out to you. You are treated like royalty and it's such a great experience, even if you do not find the gown for you.
