Mike Staff is such a great DJ company. They came highly recommended from our wedding planner, Laura Davis. They have TONS of DJs to choose from, and let you watch a little video on each so you can see what they look and sound like. I've read nothing but amazing reviews on this DJ company. I myself have been to 7 weddings this year and so far have not seen a DJ I liked (none of them were Mike Staff DJs!) Book this company, great people, GREAT prices, great service. I even booked them for my company holiday party!

So far, the Troy Marriott has been fantastic. The sales managers and event managers are VERY responsive to your questions and always on your side. They offer a ballroom that can seat up to 500 for a sit down dinner with a dancefloor, and several smaller room selections. They have a nice area for a cocktail reception with a piano. I find their wedding packages to be EXTREMELY reasonable. It will feel like we're having a $50,000 wedding for about half that! Their wedding packages also include your wedding cake which is SO NICE being able to have that all in one spot. I can't wait for my reception there!

This place, although a huge selection of bridesmaid dresses, has terrible service. The girl was snobby and kept telling me she liked dresses that I hated. I found their bridal gown selection to be not that great.I told them I wanted mermaid style, and I was told they don't carry many. Most of their bridal gowns are off the rack dresses, so if you are planning a quick wedding, it might be a good choice.

I was mainly interested in visiting them because they advertise over 1600 bridesmaid dresses. I had 3 bridesmaids with me and they wanted them all to share a dressing room (and my girls had just met for the first time that day!). I would stay away!

I purchased my gown from Maria's, although two other shops in the area also carried my dress. However, Maria's prices include alterations (not a bussel) so it was the best deal. The first time I tried dresses on there, it was very busy and hectic and they kept giving me a different woman to help me every 3rd dress. I finally got settled down with one certain woman, who helped me when I came back the second time. Sherry is very nice and gives you great opinions on dress choices. She even stayed after they closed to help me make my choice and purchase. They also have a great selection of dresses, I found 3 there I really liked!

Since our wedding day has not come yet, Robert has not done our wedding. His work however is stunning. My fiance and I wanted to book him just after looking at his website. And, for the quality of Robert's work, his prices are very very reasonable! When we met with him, we immediately liked him as a person, and felt very comfortable, which was important to us on our big day. He made us laugh, talked sports with my fiance, and answered all my mom's questions. Robert truly is a master of his craft and LOVES shooting weddings. We can't wait!

Laura is simply amazing! She really knows her stuff and makes you feel special. She has great connections with every type of vendor, and knows how to negotiate a good deal. I have had so much stress removed of finding the right dj, photographer, videographer, limo, reception location, invitations, flowers, etc., etc. because Laura's vendor referrals have been so wonderful. We only interviewed one DJ and knew they were it! The photographer she put us in touch with: we fell in love with his work before we even met him! She is also providing us a day-of coordinator which will assure I do not have worry about a thing and will just enjoy our big day!
