We received 525 pictures and after taking out the doubles we had approximately 350 (not the 1000 that we were told).After talking with Ben he was able to come up with about 15 more pictures and did compensate me for the lack of photos.We received our first approval feature that was only 15 minutes long, not the 30 minutes my contracted stated. After discussing the issues we had, Greg sent us a 2nd video.This video was not any better than the first at barely 16 minutes long and still not containing important aspects of our day.A year after our wedding I received an email from Greg asking if I received our “final film”.I told him we did not he said he would work on it and get it right out. I received the 3rd video at the end of June.The songs were choppy,and there were clips that were repeated 2 sometimes 3 times.Greg’s response to me was,“I cannot make your wedding have more stuff happen during it” and “I cannot make someone’s wedding better” and that I was just “nit-picking”. September 7th I emailed Greg asking him about the videos.Greg said he thought he sent them and would get them right out. I received the video that was about 20 minutes long.The problems that I had addressed with him were fixed however; there were now other technical errors and new repeats.I suggested to Greg that he watch the videos to prevent these problems and he said he does not have time. We are now on # 5.The video remained at 20 min and there are still a ton of repeats. I am leaving it at this, I don’t want to deal with this anymore.As far as the albums go I emailed Ben back in march with the photos I wanted in my albums and was never told that it was too many. The end of November 2012 I finally got my proof album that contained 50 pictures. At this point I was so fed up with everything that I had gone through I asked Greg for my money back for the albums.
