A hundred dollars for what? 15 minutes of your time, a box of bobby pins and helmet hair?
I never should've mentioned the word Bridal.
We only wanted plain wedding bands, maybe something we could engrave later on. So we pretty much went to the mall and went into the first nice looking jewelry shop. The lady was very nice, and she helped us find and size exactly what we were looking for. My then fiance had to go back the next day because he didn't like the way it fit and they exchanged it, no questions asked.
The staff was super nice, no pressure and they remembered my name throughout the entire time we were planning.
The flowers were beautiful and simply done. The bouquet didn't cost me an arm and a leg and was gorgeous.
I do with they could do some some sample bouquets in front of you. One of the other flower shops we visited did that, and the visual was nice, but they were overpriced.
I lucked out. First place I walk into, first dress I pick up (sale rack), fits perfectly, and I think matches my personality, and it was marked down to $350 from $800 without me even having to ask. The alterations were minor and inexpensive and the staff was super nice.

We got our faces plastered onto a few cases of Jones. We figured everyone could consume it then recycle. Not one of those lame monogrammed gifts you guests will never use but feel bad about throwing out.
The shipping was per case, not per order so we could've done a different picture for each dozen. We just chose not to.
We live in Canada and the shipping was almost as much as the case itself. It was brutal! Other than that, the favors were a huge hit.

We saw the Thunder from Down Under here. I've never been to Cowboys because I've heard bad bad things, but I had so much fun. We got a limo to pick us up. The drinks were reasonably priced, our seating was great. Bartenders were nice. Can't complain.
We went here for my stagette and I was so disappointed.
The lobster corn dog was bland, the mushroom risotto was very undercooked, the server thought he was god's gift, and they lost my reservation.
$25/per person, per treatment.
I think her name was De? She did makeup. The only saving grace to this service. She was amazing.
A few of my friends had their nails done. The polish was old and left bubbles.
One friend had her lashes tinted and her eyelids got a chemical burn.
The hair stylist didn't ask me what I wanted, and the curls were done poorly.
The hair lady felt bad (I didn't complain, it wasn't a big deal because it was just for partying, but I was also hoping to have her do a trial for the wedding day) and didn't charge me, but all my friends were charged full price.
They were all really nice ladies, it's just maybe this isn't their strong suit.
Scott was such a great help. Very enthusiastic. The small space was perfect for our personalities. The food was delicious and well displayed. The Calgary Tower made a beautiful backdrop. It was easy to get to by everybody. We left the decorating to Scott, and we were not disappointed.

Shannon was just great. The invitations were classy and perfect. I would've liked to have paid less, but, what can I say? They looked fabulous.
