I took my dress to Faultline cleaners to be steamed, the day before the wedding. They were recommended based on the fact they handle silk dresses and couture clothing, and wedding dresses. Fault Line RUINED my wedding dress the day before the wedding! I took my couture wedding dress to fault line because my hotel recommended them for steaming prior to my wedding. I got my brand new dress back covered in black marks with yellow and green stains all over it and black boot prints on it! so hotel concierge called and took it back - fault lien promised to clean it and have it back the morning of the wedding. They brought the dress back at 9am looking worse, it not only had the same marks and stains but now it had several more boot marks all over it. My dress was RUINED!!! The hotel concierge called fault line to discuss it with the manager and at least get my steaming money back. They refused to even give me the money back for steaming and said that my dress could not have been new, that it was clearly a used wedding dress!!! Fault line RUINED my wedding dress!!!! don't ever take anything there!! not only will they ruin your clothes but then not even give your money back. the WORST place that exists!!

Janet did a STUNNING job after the alterations person at the wedding store ruined my dress. She fixed it in a rush because my wedding was a week away. She is extremely affordable and could not be a more caring or nicer person. I wish I would have known and gone to her originally, she is so kind. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Janet.

Rosebud cakes made the most amazing wedding cake for our wedding. We had an idea of what we wanted (we were very flexible though with working with vendors) and no one could make what we wanted, even something not close, a huge dissapointment was going to cost us over $1000. We went to rosebud cakes and they drew up exactly what we were looking for (they can do anything!!) and their prices were totally reasonable compared to other cake places.

on our wedding day i gasped at the cake it was divine, extraordinary, equisite, beyond beautiful, better than i even imagined, and the taste was even fantastic.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I uploaded a photo (white tall cake with initials on it and daiseys)

I ordered my dress from this store, the owner was very unfriendly and it was clear she does not care or like her job. And the alterations person ruined my dress!!

I got it completed a very short time before my wedding and had to frantically find another alterations person to fix it!

When i originally bought my dress the owner refused to let me try on the sample that was in the store, she claimed she did not have it - but I know that she did have it in the store, as I had called to see if she had it (and she did) but when i got there she refused to let me try it on.

Once it came in the alterations person, who was very very nice ended up ruining my dress. I had 5 alterations meetings because each time i went up it was disasterous. I ended up taking my dress after the 5th time even though my dress did not fit and it had 3 huge tears in it!! I am now paying for a second set of alterations. And the store owner also sold me several hundreds of dollars worth of things i did not need, that she told me I had to have for the alterations (things to be sewn in the dress - which since have been taken out by my new alterations person who is appauled by the stuff they used.

if you want a good experience do not go to this store. The owner only wants to make money, is not nice or friendly and doesn't care about you or your dress. And the alterations person, although very nice, does not know what she is doing. I'm currently in the rush process of spending much more money to fix her horrible mistakes.

We wasted two and a half hours of our Saturday with our appt with Jaqki. Maybe she had a bad day, but there was no reason for Jaqki to be as rude and uncooperative as she was with us. She basically said all our ideas were bad and would not work with us on a modified designed cake, (nothing crazy). I asked her if I could design a cake and email her the picture and she said, " no.... I dont have time to check email." I said, " so you want us to drive an hour, one way, to give you a picture of what we want?", she said ,"yes, I dont have time to check email". I would definitely not recommend Jaqki's Cake to anyone unless you like to be disrespected and have time to waste.

She also laughed at us when we described to her the cake we wanted and very condescendingly told us it would cost us over $1600 to have that cake made. She made fun of us to our faces.. THEN had the nerve to ask us to bring up the picture so she could have it for her portfolio because she loved the design and wanted to have it for herself.

BTW ROSEBUD cakes happily made our cake - it was divine, extraordinary, and cost no where near what Jaqki quoted us so snidly.
