One of my best friend's gave me an early wedding present of a Victoria Secret gift card. It was a great idea and gift, and came at a perfect time, because I still didn't have a bra or anything for my wedding day. I went in, was refitted to make sure that I was still the same size and then bought the best halter bra for my dress. I had never seen anything like it before, and it worked perfectly! My straps never showed. They have so many cute things at Victoria Secret, but pricey, so it's fun to be able to shop for what you really want and not worry about the price.

This is a really sweet place, and I picked this place for my shower because I have so many good memories from my college days of eating breakfast here with my roommates. I also love the place because they always have great art on display, mostly from local artists, which really gives the place a good vibe. I made the reservation over the phone, and explained to them that we were having my wedding shower and that I wanted a special dessert for after lunch. This was my surprise to my guests. The lunch menu is really good, lots of things to choose between, and the price are about average. It was a perfect setting for a small party, and the staff was really nice and friendly. The dessert I ordered, which was ice cream cakes, was delicious, too!

This is a really well-known place in Raleigh by those people who love a good bottle of wine. I had gone to some wine tasting parties that they have hosted in the past, and I decided that it would be fun to have a wine tasting bachelorette party. They have a really nice tasting area, with tables and chairs, and they also rent out the space for private parties. The staff is really great about making sure everyone gets to know more about the wines they are tasting. I thought it was a great idea, I was able to invited lots of friends and co-workers, and it's a great place to mingle and talk. Of course, I wore the traditional veil, and we had some fun snack, but it was overall a nice, classy event for some classy ladies! The other thing that makes this good is that there is a time limit, four hours, which was probably a good thing, too!

My husband and his friends are huge baseball fans, and for his bachelor party they decided that they would rent the Bull's Eye Suite for one of the at home games. They had to book this way at the start of the season so that they could get to see the game that they wanted. I was told that it cost about 500$ to rent the suite, and that this didn't include the cost of beer and food, but that it was well worth it! They split the cost between all of them, and then spent an extra fifty or so each on food. They found out later that they could have had food catered in, but the settled for items on the regular menues.

My father had the great idea of hosting a casino party as a rehearsal dinner option, and that the money that would be raised at the poker tables could go to our honeymoon fund. I felt bad about taking people's money for my honeymoon, but everyone in our family loved the idea! With the help of some friends, we cleared out my parent's living room and turned it into a fun casino! We were able to rent the equipment and hire the dealers from Party Aces, and they were great about helping with the set-up. My mom and I bought snacks from Costco, lots of chips and dips and usual bar food. My parents loved the idea, and invited lots of their friends. It was very much an open-house party, and everyone had a great time!

I liked them because they let us sign up and get weekly emails and updates about promotions and prices. They really did have some great promotions, at prices less than what we found on expedia. They also offered specialty tours, and this is where we found our best deal. I liked them because we were able to call and talk with reps about questions and quotes. They are really trustworthy, honest, and they know what they are doing when it comes to finding the best deals on travel. At least, that's what I thought.

They were excellent! My husband and I both loved the idea of having live and romantic music during the ceremony, so we went on a search for a harpist. The Enchant Duo is a flute and harp duo, and they are extremely talented and lovely women! Because they are so popular, we had to book them over a year ahead of time. Before the wedding, we were able to talk with them over what music they would recommend, and listened to a few of their suggestions. I think having live music really set the mood, and we got great compliments.

My husband and his friends took care of this part of the wedding planning. They are car buffs, and they loved the idea of showing up in stylish and flashy cars! I don't pay much attention to cars, but I said that all I wanted was to show up in a limo, and he made that happen! Me and my bridesmaids loved the limo that showed up. It was clean and fancy, and the driver was really nice, too. My husband and his friends showed up in this amazing looking car, I don't even know what it was called, but it was some sort of antique car. It was a fun part of the wedding day for everyone

We had both our wedding pictures and our engagement pictures taken by Dajuan. Dajuan is an amazing photographer, and took beautiful pictures of us and our family members on the wedding day. I think the price is incredible reasonable, and we had booked all day session on our wedding day. I think having a photographer with you all day on your wedding is the best option, because you really want to have pictures from the morning until the last dance. The cost for additional prints and copies are also an option for family members who want a professional print. Dajuan is really approachable and easy to talk to, and I was so happy with went with In His Image.

The Wedding Show was okay, but I got in a fight with my mother that day and it wound up ruining my mood and memory of the event. All I remember is that my mom kept wanting me to meet and talk with vendor after vendor, and it can get really exhausting. I felt like I was being bombarded by all the new ideas and wedding options, and I really didn't want my wedding to be that complicated. There are hundreds of vendors and wedding planners at this event, I don't even think it's possible to see them all in the same day. I have gone to the show with a best friend more recently, and I think that going with someone who is really supportive is the best idea.
