The prices were fabulous and much cheaper than local area bridal salons. I ordered six Jim Hjelm dresses, two of each size. I was told they would be in in 3 months, and they came in 2-3 weeks early. They were shipped in one box for a fee of only $12. I discovered that I had 3 of one size and only 1 of another, and was quite disappointed, but thankfully it fit my bridesmaid. Looking back over receipts, what they sent me was what they had written down, so it must have been a misunderstanding over the phone. I would definitely recommend ordering bridesmaids dresses here to save some money.

They are amazing! They are very professional and fun, and give the couple exactly what they want. They come highly recommended on many other wedding sites and we could not pass up the chance to book them. One DJ attends the event and is sure to be there extra early to set everything up. They cue the couple as to when each event will be (cake cutting, garter toss, etc) as well as the photographer so they don't miss the action. My photographer was very pleased, as she mentioned most DJs just announce it on the spot and they have to scurry to catch the action. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

The final product looked and tasted great. We never met with the owner, just her associate at the tasting. We already had an idea of what we wanted and Brenda's Cakes was cheaper at the time than other bakeries. Since then their prices have gone up a bit. The cake was a simple design and they touched base with us the morning of the wedding to finalize the color of the icing ribbons, and it was perfect. They do great business and I'd recommend them to brides in the area. Looking forward to seeing how it takes on our year anniversary.

This was an exclusive vendor for our venue, so we had no other choice. For this reason, their prices were insanely high, but all rentals were necessary and therefore we had no choice. I dealt with them mainly over email, and had to email back and forth to fix our rental list because they could never get it right. For the reception, I had specific linen colors delegated to specific table numbers due to other going on. I gave them a specific layout based on the layout they gave me, and when we got to the reception, it was done all wrong. Wedding party had to scatter to rearrange a few tables. We were also charged for a few things we did not receive. However, the linens were beautiful and everything looked great. I would not use them again by choice and would only advise other people using the same venue of these grievances.

Although their music and talent is impeccable, their communication and prices could use a little work. We were given their name by our ceremony/reception venue. They do not have a website, and the contact we were given was one of the string quartet members. It was very hard to get in touch with them, and they were priced high. I wanted a soloist to accompany them, but at first they were not willing to play in her key. Then they contacted me 3 days before the wedding and said that if we provided the music in her key, they would b willing to play alongside her. By then it was too late to get the music, and last minute my soloist decided not to sing. It was disappointing, but the music during the ceremony was beautiful, and they also played during our cocktail hour.

These guys were great to work with. They have a variety of packages you can choose from with average prices. I had both men shoot my wedding. The final product was just basic edited video, with credits at the end. Most of the shots were not dubbed over with music, so the video is exactly as the day went by. The quality is decent, but not high definition, and it is nothing like wedding cinemotography, so don't be disappointed if that is the quality you were looking for. If you are looking to just have proof of your big day, Video Artistry is a great choice.

Kate is an excellent photographer who ensures that all of her finished work is flawless. She edits everything and makes all of her photos very colorful. She works alone, but her sister and mother are photographers as well and are available to assist her if need be. She posts sessions on her blog, and has the photos online within a week of the session. Her packages vary, and the only one that includes the copyright to all of your photos is her most expensive package. I had to pay an additional fee to get my copyrights. Photography is very expensive and one of the most important vendors one can book for their wedding, because those are the memories that will last a lifetime.

Party Blooms had great, competitive prices and excellent work. Lorie, the owner, knew exactly what I wanted and we put together an excellent design. When I arrived at the ceremony site and saw the bouquets, arbour and aisle, I was so happy. My bouquet was beautiful and colorful, just as I had wanted. A surprise was that the ribbon around the bridesmaids bouquets matched the bridesmaids dresses exactly, which was hard to believe, since it was a mango irridescent taffeta by Jim Hjelm, which I do not recall telling Lorie we ordered. I was very pleased and would recommend her and use her again.

The Reverend was great. We met with him months before the ceremony to discuss the wedding and what we wanted, and did the rest of our communication via phone, email and mail. We were given samples of optional ceremonies and ended up choosing our ceremony based on the samples he provided. He guided us through it and was willing to perform whichever ceremony we would have chosen. After the wedding, he gave us the copy of our actual ceremony, nicely bound. He was dressed appropriately in a robe and spoke clearly. He was very professional and everyone enjoyed him. His professionalism does come at a price however, but not too far from average for this region of the country.

The Garden is a beautiful place with multiple locations to hold the ceremony. We chose the Four Seasons Lawn. It is a large area surrounded by colorful flowers and bushes. They also offer a smaller, more intimate wedding garden which is chosen by many. We were disappointed to find at the rehearsal the day before that the grass was torn up and muddy, especially where the bride and groom would be standing at the ceremony. No bride wants the red dirt of North Carolina at the base of her wedding dress! We spoke with management and they assured us they would take care of it, and sure enough the following day we were standing on sod instead of dirt. The location was beautiful. Unfortunately for rain, the only option is to have a tent rented before hand, or move inside to the reception location where tables have already been set up. It did rain right before our ceremony, but our prayers were answered when the sun decided to shine!
