I ordered my cake off the internet for my Vegas wedding. The women here were wonderful. I chose the Alenna for it's elegance and Scroll work and pearls and Ribbons. I like that their website has pictures and you can chose the cakes by the photos. I also like that you have options other than butter cream and Fondant. I find both to be overly sweet or greasy in the mouth. This bakery offers a less sweet and lighter solution. It feels and taste similar to cool whip with a little more consistency. It holds the decorations beautifully and taste wonderful.

I wish I could upload a photo of my cake. It was so beautiful that when they put the porcelain sculpture on the top it made the cake look like it was part of a sculpture. My guest thought it was not a real cake. It was flawless. They thought it was fake. It was amazingly beautiful. Two little girls that came to my wedding eventually put their fingers into my cake to see if it was real, no kidding. I didn't get mad. How could I, they couldn't believe their eyes.

They flavors were fantastic. The largest tier was my favorite. Yellow cake with Bavarian cream and Fresh strawberries. The cake was so moist and fluffy and rich. Perfectly sweet not too much but just right. So good, the cream and strawberries melt with the vanilla of the yellow cake in your mouth all together. Truly the best cake I have ever eaten in my life. No kidding.

Second tier. Chocolate with Chocolate mousse. Really is Devils food very moist cake with Chocolate Mousse. Deep dark chocolate, richest taste of chocolate not to acidic, not too sweet, just in the middle. Perfection, paired with smooth cool rich chocolate mousse.Covered by that cool whip like frosting. How decadent.

Third tier. Lemon cake very light but moist cake very tangy, not too tart not too sweet, just perfection. In the middle the light fluffy cool tang of lemon mousse. This was a perfect wedding cake.

The cake I ordered from a picture on an internet site looked better in person than on the picture. You wont be disappointed here. These people go out of their way for you.

This was such a large cake for the number of people who attended that our guest got to try all three flavors. Many even asked if they could bring some to their hotels.

I was able to bring cake home with us and give some to our family and friends. Everyone agreed that this is the best cake that they have tasted.

They are also very service oriented at this bakery. I changed my delivery time 3 times and they were never rude to me. They always just changed it and asked if there was anything else they could do to assist me. They were just wonderful.

I will be ordering a anniversary cake from them and hope they do shipping. I will travel to Vegas again one day, but don't want to wait until then to have this cake again.


I only wish we lived closer.
