It was fun, but seemed like a complete waste of time. We were expecting someone who could choreograph our first dance for us, but I guess they were more interested in having us join as "regulars." So we started out with the basics & ended up not going anymore. We just didn't have time for all of that.
We might go back one day just for a fun activity. It's a great atmosphere! My advice... start well in advance of your wedding date!

Poor follow-up! We wanted to purchase a wedding band from them, but the salesperson never called us back! Then we decided to take our rings to them after the wedding to get them appraised. It took them forever to get our appraisals back to us. But it was well worth the wait, they were very thorough & far exceeded our expectation from a value standpoint. We purchased the rings at another jeweler & even the staff at BBB were shocked at how great the quality was when we dropped them off to be appraised by their independent appraisal service. When we got the appraisal back it confirmed the diamond quality we anticipated, but the approximate value was more than what we paid!
The staff at BBB is really friendly & helpful at The Woodlands location. They don't seem as knowledgeable as I would expect from a store with their reputation.

A groom's worst nightmare. It was fun for maybe 5 minutes, but there are just too many vendors. My other issue was the long lines to talk to vendors. So you pay for your ticket, plan to get certain vendors checked off of your list & make it home in time for your fiance to let you watch football in peace & you end up stuck in line behind a bunch of women with no significant others and mere hopes of one day having their dream wedding trying to get a bunch of free stuff. This in turn transforms your 3 hours at the bridal show into a full day of torture!

The wine selection is amazing! James (the wine guy) is like part of our family now. We hired him to host a wine tasting for out of town wedding guests at our home & everyone had a blast. It was fun for everyone & we tasted some great wine. The selection he recommended included something that each one of our guests loved. Whenever you shop the wine selection at The Woodlands/Spring location ask for JAMES! He's great.

Very friendly staff! Everything was perfect minus a few minor details (ants in our first room). But they were very responsive & overly apologetic. We had a blast & will certainly return!

We got so much stuff from Michael's. I guess my favorite were the Save the Dates. They looked like we had them professionally designed. We took them to a printer & had them do the printing, but that was it. We got them back, assembled them ourselves & I was very impressed with the final product. Good stuff.

The cakes were far more beautiful & tasty than I could have imagined. I never would have guessed that our strategy meeting with them would have produced the two cakes that we received. They looked way better than I could have imagined. So many people were asking us where we got them from & how great they tasted.

Very difficult to secure a block of rooms. It was like an act of Congress & I'm a platinum Marriott Rewards member. The hotel itself is nice & the staff is friendly, but the sales department is very difficult & unaccommodating. When my wife inquired about hosting our wedding there they got very defensive when she told them about lower pricing for an event of our size at other venues in The Woodlands (ie- The Woodlands Resort, and a few other country clubs in the area... even Americas was less!) & sent her a rude email. I'm glad we chose to hold it elsewhere & I will be sure my company never uses The Waterway Marriott facility for our corporate meetings. Not worth the money. Lovely facility, but the rude sales staff rubbed me the wrong way.
