I highly recommend this little enchanted bridal salon in Sherman Oaks. Tucked away inside a lovely French themed building on Ventura Blvd. is this gem of a place where you will be met by the lovely and extremely talented, Carlyn Nuyda Calloway. She designs each bridal gown herself. During my first meeting/consultation with her, she welcomed me with a lovely cup of tea where we discussed in detail my dreams for my wedding dress. Unlike all the other shops I went to, this place did not make me feel rushed or pressured in any way. She listened, made notes and took the time. A few days later, I returned to shop to see what Carlyn had in store, and it was truly incredible. She presented me with 3 very beautiful sketches, each one evoking the theme and overall look I wanted to express. It was so difficult to choose but finally we came to the perfect choice. Two weeks later, I came in for my first muslin fitting, a mock-up of what my dress would look like. It was so beautiful that I almost felt it was good enough to wear down the aisle. I came in for 2 more fittings after that, and on the 4th fitting, I was awestruck, for my final gown was truly EXQUISITE!
Included in my package was the veil, my headpiece, handbag, garters, and bustling all customized to coordinate with my gown. When I picked my gown, Carlyn presented me with an original signed watercolor framed sketch of my wedding gown which now hangs on my bedroom wall for me to look at everyday.

Not only did they create my beautiful gown and trousseau, but they gave me an unforgettable experience and a memory to last me a lifetime. THANK YOU!
