Nico is a genuine person, I just think he has a unprofessional staff and maintains a poor business relationship with bride-to-be's. Phone calls were never returned, emails were never answered. I needed SOME communication, and I received none with just a month left before my wedding (no idea what I was paying for or how much I was supposed to pay in 2 days). I was never shown a bouquet or a picture of a bouquet that I would use. Finally, I had to cancel this vendor and find a new florist with just 4 weeks to go. I am taking a chance on the new person too, but to me it is worth it to have reliable vendors.

Knowledgeable staff and so friendly; not at all pushy or annoying which is why my I recommend so highly. My fiance designed my engagement ring here, and the quality/craftmanship/beauty is stunning. I get compliments constantly. Both wedding rings for fiance and myself purchased here as well and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Truly a perfect jewelry experience; THANK YOU! A++++
