William was amazing! He was so nice and extremely professional :) I was extremely pleased by how well he was able to camouflage himself while documenting our special day! I highly recommend Bella Videography :)

Gorgeous cakes! However the responsiveness was kinda poor. It seems like I was CONSTANTLY following up with them trying to get a call back regarding questions that I had. During the initial visit things were great but after that..they can kinda give you the brush off if you don't stay on their butts about your cakes..lol :)I mostly worked with Ashley, because it seems like Nadine (owner) is never there, and it's like pulling teeth trying to get a follow-up appointment with her...and sometimes even getting her to call you back! lol.. I'm very persistent though..so I definitely got my follow-up appointment :)) Over all I was definitely pleased with the quality and overall look :)

Steve and his team are AMAZING!! He did our engagements, bridal and wedding :) I was beyond pleased!! He's so creative and really has a true passion for photography :)) We got our gorgeous photos back in less than 2 weeks and I was blown away! :) I can't say enough about how talented he truly is. I HIGHLY recommend Studio979 for your wedding photography needs! :) xoxo

Over all I was pleased with STR's service. They definitely try to bend over backwards to give brides what they want. The outside of the venue was kind of a turn-off. They could definitely stand to invest in the exterior aesthetics...lol :) The ballrooms however are very nice :) There are live peacocks on the grounds, so unfortunately there is peacock poop everywhere...so watch where you step! lol :)
One of the things that I didn't like is that you get a different day of coordinator than the coordinator that you work with throughout your planning phase. They typically give you a 'sales coordinator' to work with during the planning phase and then on the day of you get someone totally different. I didn't care for this too much, so this was definitely a negative for me. After the wedding, my coordinator informed me that she would take care of packing away all of the decor. When I called her the next day to schedule a pick-up of the items before we left for our honeymoon, I couldn't reach her. My husband and I drove up to the venue (which was open, since they had a few Sunday weddings going on that day) and the gates where open. At STR, whenever the gates are open, all the ballrooms have open access because the doors are not able to be locked (per the sales coordinator). We walked right into our reception ballroom and ALL of our items were still there, just as we left them the previous night. Anyone could have walked in at anytime and basically taken whatever they wanted! lol...
My husband and I called his parents and they drove over and we all started packing up the stuff. In the end, thankfully nothing was missing except for my Mr. & Mrs. fork set. The coordinator had taken the top layer of my cake, wrapped it up...but left it just sitting on one of the tables! I was pretty mad about that..and I couldn't believe it! The day of service was nice...but the "pack-up" (if you even want to call it that...lol) was HORRIFIC!

If I could do it all over again...i definitely would have chosen another venue..especially for the amount of $$$$ that we paid them.

Martha and Judy were amazing to work with! They were extremely professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend going during the week, as they are very busy on the weekends. They were very great and took care of me as well as all of my bridesmaids. Alterations are done in an extremely timely manner. I had the neckline of my gown changed to a sweetheart neckline and the seamstress completed it in the same day! :) Thanks again for being such a pleasure to work with! xoxo

Sara was such a pleasure to work with. I can't even begin to say how wonderful and talented she is. She was very professional from start to finish, and I was beyond pleased with her performance at our wedding ceremony and our cocktail hour. I met Sara at the Bridal Extravaganza at the George R. Brown convention center, and she was SO NICE! Her pricing is very reasonable and competitive, and you will definitely not be sorry! :) Thanks again Sara, for a job well done. Dana did an excellent job on making my brooch bracelet. She had excellent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way :) In the end I ended up falling in love with a Haute Bride bracelet, so I sold it to another bride...but Dana's bracelets are GORGEOUS!! and she is an extremely talented individual. Joey was very professional and did an excellent job at our wedding reception. He kept the party going, and he and his assistant were great about keeping me updated about the order of the reception :)) Very nice and a joy to work with :))
