The chef's are fantastic and make some really incredible food. However, the sales staff were less than easy to work with. Initially it went very well until we were about 2 months out from the wedding. We were to finalize the menu at this time per the schedule of Herban Feast. I emailed our sales staff 3 times and left 2 voicemails over 2 1/2 weeks trying to schedule the appointment with absolutely no response. It was not until I emailed the owner was I contacted immediately by our sales staff and her comment was "Sorry you felt neglected." If were had not already paid a sizeable depostit I would have considered finding a new caterer. Then on the day of our wedding they were 30-45 minutes late to set, which delayed the rest of the decorations and set-up. On the final bill they added charges that were not discussed before hand and charged for more hours than the contract we agreed to. Per the contract we were to pay 5 days after our event, we recieved the final invoice the next day, however given the several problems with the invoice we attempted to contact them to discuss the issues. We were not contacted before leaving for our honeymoon and had to deal with the issues from Hawaii. They did finally adjust some of the invoice, but could not understand our displeasure with the process.
We used the West Seattle Metropolitan Market and they were PERFECT! Raul looked at pictures once months in advance and they were even better than I had hoped for. The bouquets lasted a very long time. Their prices were extremely reasonable.

The site is beautiful and unique. We loved the atmosphere was fantastic. However, be aware of the contract and get complete clarity. We did a walk through first and was quoted one price, when I sent in the deposit, she had changed the price. Verbally she had told us it was $1450 for the use of the building and the oppitional suite. We sent the deposit, half down. When she recieved the deposit, I was contacted asking about the signed contract and that she had increased the price by $300. However, she did not provide the contract or directions to get the contract on line until she cashed our deposit checks. Then the written contract was for 9 hours and the verbal contract was for 12 hours, she honored our verbal contract, but just seemed not up front. The balance of the rental fees were due 60 days in advance, which we paid in plenty of time. We were notified by staff they recieved the payment, nothing more mentioned. Then on the day of our wedding, she approached me stating we still owed money. However, it was her mathmatical error. The place is great, but a lot of work to deal with the staff. I would rate the location as a 5, but all the work in dealing with the staff lowers their over all rating.

This little hide away bridal shop was perfect. I had looked at many different places, including chains for a dress without any luck. Pearls & Lace in Burien had a wonderful selection of dresses, were about to get my dress in earlier than predicted.
Working with DD was a really amazing experience. Her prices are more than reasonable. We recieved a pre-wedding photo session, up to 8 hours on the day of our wedding, free website and copyrights to all of our pictures. The website was great because we have family out of town and they were able to enjoy our pictures, and enjoy our day from far away. DD was absolutely fabulous through the whole experience. She was able to answer all of our questions. She was always on time for our appointments. On the day of the wedding I had no concerns about any pictues being missed or that the pictures weren't not being taken care of. DD did a great job of blending into the day and got a wonderful blend of candid shots and staged shots. I highly recommend her and will use again.
