The limo looked brand new when it pulled up. The driver had a warm personality and did a good job. Gratuity is already included in their price, so that was one less thing I had to think about the day of the wedding. Well worth the money.

This was another recommendation from my coordinator. She was right - he's great and didn't feel like a stranger to us at all. He even learned our parents names before and personally greeted them before the ceremony. Vance was a very special part of our day.

My coordinator recommended her. Luisa is excellent! I don't wear a lot of makeup and she kept me looking natural. My skin looked flawless on the wedding day -- which is not easy! Luisa is not only the best makeup artist in Hawaii, but maybe the best I've ever met. :-)

I decided to splurge on a bouquet of all phalanopsis orchids. It was really expensive but it was beautiful. Everyone we saw on the wedding day stopped me to comment on my unique bouquet. It was great. :-)

Our coordinator took care of this. Great leis and we really loved the smell of the flowers.

The day after our wedding we took a flight over to the Big Island to stay at this hard to pronounce resort. It was terrific! The outdoor lava showers are worth requesting a room on the first floor. We would love to back. Excellent 4 Seasons service.

Amity was amazing to work with! My coordinator recommended her and from the very first time we talked I knew that she was the right fit for us. Her eye for catching great photos is really unique and unlike anyone else that we considered. She was really nice and professional from our first conversation through the end of the wedding reception. All of our guests felt really comfortable with her there and we got some really great shots of them. After the wedding, she really delivered with the so much more than we expected. The shots were all BEAUTIFUL! I will upload some of the images when I have time.

We stayed here after landing in Hawaii. It was great to get to a place that was so beautiful and had such great service after the long flight. Everyone knew our names from the moment we got out of the car. How did they do that?! They even had a bottle of champagne in the room for us and upgraded us to a suite for our stay. Even though it was pricey, they really are the best of the best and it was worth every single penny.

We had a horrible experience here. I called and made a reservation for the private dining room with the restaurant's manager. When I called to confirm the details about a month before the wedding, the manager told me that he didn't take group reservations for the private dining room, and that I didn't have any reservation!?!?!?!?! Even thought I didn't hire Jackie (Jackie Tamas Events) to handle my reception, when I called her she jumped right in and took care of everything. The Four Seasons mess up on this, so she called in a favor with Spago - which is right upstairs on the 4 Seasons property - and they treated us like total VIPs. I think Spago ended up being a much better experience with better views. And I think it was totally worth having a wedding coordinator who knows all the players. I would have been lost without her help on this.

Jackie was absolutely marvelous! Her hard work, creativity, diligence and always amazing positive attitude made our wedding all that we wanted it to be - including 100% stress free. She is truly amazing and any bride and groom are lucky to have her as part of their wedding. We cannot possibly thank her enough!
