poor customer service

We booked our honeymoon at Sandals Antigua at the new resort and a month prior to the trip they called and told us that the resort was not ready. They rerouted us to another resort on another island and promised us all tyoes of things for the inconvience. It is now 2 months after the honeymoon and they still have not come thru on their promises and will not return phone calls, emails or letters. The resort was fine but food was poor.

Just married and had block of rooms for the wedding at the Hilton Pasadena. Most reasonable rate in Pasadena and great place to have everyone stay at as it was recently remodeled, close to shopping and has a great lounge area to hang out in. I worked with Kristen to book the block of rooms and she is GREAT! She helped me out with some very last minute requests and even had chocolate covered strawberries in the suite when I arrived! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just married and used the Malette trio for our ceremony and cockail hour. I was pleased with his communication before the wedding, price and performance.

The Equestrian Center is a great place to have a wedding! We just had our ceremony and reception there at the Little White House and Polo Room. They are very reasonably priced and the location is beautiful! The staff is very professional and accomodating. The food was phenomenal.

HORRIBLE Just married and we used After Hours as for tuxedos. From the first time we went to the Studio City location, the sales girl was rude and pushy. I had my fiance deal with her as I could not put up with her. Almost every groomsman had an issue with their tux, one had a hole in the leg, one had uneven hems on his pants, one received the incorrect shirt and everyone received poor customer service. My husbands shirt was so old and worn that he had to buy a new one on our wedding day to wear. I do not recommend After Hours.
