Reem was my event coordinator, she was easy to work with since there were hardly any correspondence from the venue till 3 weeks before the wedding.

Food tasted great and was worth the price. The wine selection was fair for the cost and quality.

We had our ceremony in the garden court and it was great for a small wedding within the range of 40-60 guests, beyond that the court would feel crowded and uncomfortable (in my opinion).

Very nice skyview over Hollywood and Highland, absolutely beautiful when skies are clear.

The bridal room is gorgeous and holds 7-10 people comfortably. The grooms room holds 2.

Very good venue for a budget wedding.

Pros:
One aspect of Yamashiro's is that they are very flexible and easy to work with you on how you want to structure your wedding, from the ceremony, time required for hair and makeup, wedding ceremony setup, music, projection screens, privacy of reception room, etc. can all be negotiated with the venue.

Cons:
Grooms room was a closet that fits only 2 people. Valet charged the bride and groom for parking.

Professional, courteous, and an absolute genius behind the camera. We were so thrilled to work with Henry that the entire photography session from the engagement, planning the wedding, and the day of the wedding seems effortless.

For our package, we worked with Henry for our engagement session and helped two camera shy people feel comfortable in front the camera, we took memorable pictures at The Getty and Santa Monica which helped create an absolutely memorable photo album that was a huge success at the wedding.

Henry spent 5 hours with me prior to the start of the wedding to capture intimate moments with my friends and family before the wedding and the photos from the wedding were truly remarkable.

Henry Chen is great to work with and highly recommended.

My bouquet looked beautiful and it was exactly what I wanted. The center pieces were so perfect, all the guests were fighting to take them home.

We didn't decide to hire a DJ until 2 months before the wedding. We were referred to Joey by another PW bride. When I first talked to Joey, he put me at ease and I had a feeling that he will be perfect for my wedding.

Joey met with us a couple times before the wedding, helped us with the wedding day agenda. He let us pick the songs and gave us suggestions, he really listened to us without forcing his ideas.

Joey and Randy showed up early on the wedding day to setup, they worked with the venue and I didn't have to worry about anything but to walk out when the ceremony started.

The reception was awesome. The music was very appropriate for the cocktail hour and dinner. When we opened up the dance floor, everyone got comfortable and started dancing. The guests had a great time dancing and socializing. We received so many compliments on the music.

Joey and Randy were great, they were a perfect fit for my wedding. I will refer them to anyone who is in need of a DJ, you will not be disappoint.

Kelly and her team are awesome. Kelly and her team showed up early on the wedding day and started right away on the MOG and MOB. They were very easy to work with and talk to and the MOG and MOB were in perfect hands. She finished everyone's makeup early and even helped me get into my dress.

I received so many compliments from everyone at the wedding. Thank you Kelly and team!
