My veil was stunningly beautiful. I wish I had an excuse to wear it again, but I will keep it an an heirloom and pass it on. Doreen custom designed a french netting birdcage veil for me and I had it on my doorstep in about 2 or 3 weeks. It was exactly what I wanted, Doreen has a gift.

Rev. Zimmer was great. Our ceremony was exactly as I had envisioned it to be, he really was able to draw in the guests, personalize our ceremony a bit and I think "Just did his thing" off the cuff. He really was perfect for us, being that neither my husband nor I are very religious yet we still wanted a spiritual and heartfelt cerermony. He shows up just on time though...our ceremony started at 5:30 and I think he showed at 5:15. I would have liked him to stay for cocktails or dinner, but he was there for the 20 minute ceremony and left promptly at 6pm!

Dr. Jazz was perfect for our small wedding reception and second line parade. They are all really well seasoned musicians, very professional and affordable. Things just couldn't have worked out mroe perfectly...on time, friendly, worked with my special requests, and looked great in the wedding photos in their tuxes!

Christina was fabulous. I highly recommend her! I shopped around for flowers and contacted one really well known New Orleans special events/wedding florist who quoted me $2500, another $1200 and Christina's quote for the same (with a few minor suggested substitutions to stay within my budget) was $850. She really tried to work with me and I loved, loved, loved my flowers! I sent her pictures of bouquets and centerpiece designs via email that I liked and she nailed them. She made the most gorgeous , fairy-like floral wreath and basket for my flower girl and a stunning bridal bouquet for me with roses, calla lilies and feathers. She is really an artist, rather than just a florist and her prices really can't be beat. Great for a bride on a budget.

I seriously can't say enough great things about Emily and her services. I only hired her for "Day of" planning and hair and makeup but she treated me just like anyone that hired her for her full services. I hired her in August for our November wedding and she started working with me right away. She helped me with a budget, gave me referrals to the best vendors, general advice, made a time-line for the day, handled all the reception room decorating, coordinated the vendors, followed up on all the last minute details and basically made sure that everything ran smoothly on the big day. We hardly even knew she was at the wedding, but she was handling everything behind the scenes. Wonderful. She saved me at least a few thousand dollars and a heck of a lot of stress. And did I mention Danielle and Lisa with the hair and makeup? OMG! My girls and I were absolutely STUNNING! That airbrushed makeup is amazing, my hippie sister was a work of art...best money spent, hands down.
