I can not say enough positive things about the experience we had with Cayton Photography for our April 2008 wedding. Sean cares so much about his clients and the products. He really went above and beyond every step of the way....from the planning of the day to the album design and delivery, I am thrilled with everything. Sean worked around my crazy travel schedule planning the day, offered advice and suggestions but was never pushy. He was calm, friendly and organized the day of the wedding - he even scoped out the church and reception site in advance to identify the best shots. All of the proofs were online quickly and the process to order pictures and build our album was outstanding. But the element that blew me away the most was the customer service after the wedding. Doesn't it seem with some companies, that after you've made the final payment, they've kind of forgotten about you? Not the case with Sean- when I received our album, I was happy with it but wished I had chosen a different album style. Sean immediately offered to swap out to the album format I wished I had chosen originally... and at no additional charge! He truly wanted my husband and I to be 100% satisfied. I have already recommended Cayton Photography to friends and I know they'll be as thrilled with their pictures and album as I am!
