Initially I was beyond pleased with cards and pockets. I ordered pre-cut paper for our save the dates along with some samples. It arrived quickly and the customer service was great, quickly answering questions about products, timelines, and printers. I took advantage of their once a year sale last novemeber to order cardstock and envelopes for our invitations. The paper arrived about a month later and sat in our closet until Jan when it was time to make the invitations. I noticed the paper was considerably thicker but thought nothing of it until I tried to print it. Unlike the save the dates (supposed to be the same thickness) it was not compatible with my printer. I called customer service was spoke with someone who was of no help at all. I then emailed customer service (was quite prompt previously) and 10 days later, I still do not have a response. On top of everything, the glue on the envelope does not stick (I used a glue stick to seal the envelopes). I am quite unhappy with my purchase, their service, and my overall experience. If you're looking for paper try someplace like paperandmore, they're quicker and deliver what you order.

After receiving the wrong paper from another vendor, I quickly ordered paper from paperandmore (I should have started here). Their customer service was great, the order was shipped the same day, and the product was amazing (natural linen cardstock and paper). I cannot say enough good things about paperandmore and I'll be using them for all of my paper needs from now on.
