You know you have a good wedding planner when your other vendors comment on how organized and professional she is! We had Karen as our day-of coordinator, and I couldn't have been happier. She met with me twice before the wedding to come up with a very detailed schedule, and she helped me solve some organizational problems as well as making me think of potential issues I never would have thought of myself. At the rehearsal, she knew exactly what questions to ask and made sure everything was going to be just as I wanted it. The day of the wedding, Karen kept everything one time - but it never felt like she was interfering or in the way. It just seemed as if the ceremony and reception went flawlessly - but that was because I had Karen backstage, keeping track of all the details!
