I found my dream dress on my first visit to a Bridal shop, trying out the 5th dress and this all happened at Bridal Reflections...
Of course, I didn't purchase it right away, I went to 2 other shops where either the service wasn't as good (see my other review, Kleinfeld) or the dresses were poor quality (see my other review, Pronovias).
I had to make up my mind really fast as my wedding is only 4 months away, March 2009,
made another appointment to try the dress again and made up my mind to get a St. Pucci.
The staff is really welcoming, and Christine (lil' Chris) is off the charts, she is one of the best rep. ever;
and to be honest this is one of the other reason I wanted to work with Bridal Reflections, cause I can feel they're interested and I can trust.

I have asked for a re-design on my dress, where the skirt will be A-Line and the top will stay the same, they have given me a discount for this too.
Also, they will have a rush delivery (promising it will get to NY end of JAN., let's hope so :) ) and I am not paying an extra fee for this.

Now, on the other hand, after reading the reviews here, I am a little bit nervous,
so let's see how it goes.
I will definitly write again once the dress is here and after my first fitting.

Dresses look Great on the photos but in reality very poor quality, the beadings look very cheap, but def. fits everyones budget.
i am not going w/ this place as the dresses look cheap.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL SERVICE!!!
the sales rep. that was working with me was not qulified for the job, eventhough she has been doing this for quite a while.
I mentioned to her that I do not want laces, and guess what she brought up all the dresses w/ lacing on.
Anyhow, at least I had went through the website and had 2 fav. dresses, but when she brought those out, they weren't as good as I dreamed of, the quality of the dresses were not good.
oh! if you go there as the last appointment make sure you are done before 8pm, cause the sales rep. doesn't care if you are done or made up your mind or comfortable to leave without a fav. dress of all, she simply told me that the store is closing and I should better make up my mind!
what?
come on... you are supposed help me here...
anyway, I had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE there...
