Gary and I were married on August 18,2008 at Parkside Wedding Chapel. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and very meaningful. The price of $400 included everything. The officiant, the live piano playing, and the chapel is decorated beautifully, so you do not need anymore flowers or anything. There is seating for approximately 50 people.

We purchased 2 black suits. One for the groom and one for one of the groomsmen. The other groomsmen already had a suit. The staff was very helpful and the suits looked great when we went to pick them up. The alterations were perfect. The only problem we had is that they had misspelled the groom's name and it took them over a half an hour to figure out the problem. They had to go through every suit they had, waiting to be picked up.

We own a timeshare in Cabo San Lucas,MX and that is where we spent our honeymoon. The resort that we own at is Playa Grande and it is an absolutely gorgeous place. However, you do not have to be an owner to stay there. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. If you like to fish Cabo has some of the best deep sea fishing that we've ever experienced! The dining and nightlife are great too!

We ordered 2 cakes from the Sam's club in Franklin,WI. One chocolate and one white. Both, with buttercream frosting. They were decorated simply with a few red roses and our names and our wedding date. They were absolutely delicous. Our guests raved about them and were surprised when we told them that they were from Sam's club.

I had ordered a dress back in April 2008 (my wedding was in August 2008)from a bridal shop out of the area that I lived in. They had told me that it would be in in 6-8 weeks. A week before my wedding I still did not have my dress. So, I went to the David's bridal in Greenfield,WI. I told them my dilema and they worked with me very patiently for a couple of hours. I found a dress that I loved (after trying on many) and it fit without needing any alterations. A guest at the wedding stated " I don't know what your other dress looked like, but this one is beautiful and you look gorgeous". I guess things happen for a reason.

Our wedding dinner consisted of 21 people. We had it at The Steakout restaurant in Greendale,WI. We had chosen a menu of 7 different items that our guests could choose from. We offered a pasta dish, fish, steaks, chicken, pork chops and prime rib. They ranged in price from $16 - $30. The food was excellent and the service outstanding! We had people from in state and out of state attending. The guests that were from in state have stated that they plan to return to the restaurant on their own because it was so good.

I got my flowers from Pick N Save off of 76th and Rawson Ave. in Franklin,WI. I ordered 3 bouquets, and 3 single red roses for the groom and 2 groomsmen. My bouquet consisted of 2 dozen red roses and my attendants had a dozen each. They were very simple with just the roses and some greenery. Mine had white ribbon surrounding the stems and the girls had black. They were gorgeous and we had many compliments on them.
