The party rental section of the store is fantastic they were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know.
The wedding section of the store is a bit understaffed especially on a Saturday, the store is clean and the staff they do have are knowledgeable and helpful when you finally get to talk with them.

The first time I went there it was a bit of a mess but I must say that I have been there since and things are shaping up due to a new owner. She is very helpful and is cleaning up the shop.
