We hired Andrea from Something Blue, she did my (bride) hair and makeup + lashes. My sisters eyelashes, my sister in laws hair and makeup + lashes and my mothers hair. I had a preview with her several months before the wedding, she only does the preview with the bride (no bridesmaids this day). She arrived promptly and was so friendly and professional. She listened to our every suggestion, concern and opinion and in no time at all had my hair and makeup EXACTLY as I pictured it in my head. I brought pictures to show her the style I was looking for, for my hair and it definitely kept us on the right track. She totally understood my "vision" of how I wanted to look! I was so pleased and confident that I chose the perfect person to transform me on my special day! Wedding day, she arrived on time and set up quickly. She set my hair first, then to allow my hair to stay "setting" she completed the wedding party first. They LOVED her work and loved all the makeup tips and product info she shared ;) She did my makeup then hair and OMG... the lashes on all of us were Gorgeous and the makeup Perfect! I asked for a messy bun and provided her beautiful flowered hairpins. The bun looked as romantic, loose and beautiful and the way she placed the flowered hairpins in my hair in a cluster was GORGEOUS... I could not be more happy with how my hair and makeup came together with my dress! My hair and makeup lasted all night and everyone kept complimenting how beautiful and how romantic I looked.... the lashes lasted too! Andrea is AWESOME and has so much talent... WE ALL LOVE HER!! In addition to the great job she did for us, she was also so cool and easy to talk to, she really listens and is just a fun person to be around. She totally puts you at ease and with her confidence, calmed me down (I was a stress case). We... I... definitely recommend Andrea from Something Blue, she's great... and we'd hire her again...and again <3
