We are extremely upset about the turn-time of our wedding album with Bella Pictures. It has been 15 months now since we got MARRIED. Still - no wedding album that we can share with our parents. The latest revision we received had a "typo - grandparents instead of granparents (missing a "d" that the designer had made a mistake). The album coordinator said it will take 4 weeks to fix that and this is the turn-time for ANY revisions. I have signed off all pages so it can get printed, and Come on; just to fix a typo will take them at least 4 weeks to fix. This was a mistake that your designer made. Not to mention they told me the "printing process" will take 4 MONTHS after I signed off their "typo". Any one has a similar experience and any suggestions to handle this?
