Our experience with Kim Fox exceeded our highest expectations every step of the way. Kim’s portfolio speaks for itself, however we immediately liked her as a person when we met her—she was warm, friendly, outgoing, considerate, helpful and professional. We knew that this was the kind of person we wanted to work with. Kim was extremely responsive every step of the way, from coordinating a first meeting, to finalizing details of the timeline, to helping out with snafus, to getting back prints to us and getting our final book to us quickly. She has an outstanding “can-do” attitude, but also would speak up if someone’s hair was out of place, had their eyes closed, there was too much sun, etc. so that ALL of our photos turned out so well. She directed all of our family and bridal party with assertion to keep things running smoothly, but was never bossy or unfriendly. It was a real pleasure to spend our wedding day with her.
As for the work that Kim did for us, every single photo is truly a work of art. The creative genius and artistic vision that Kim has is unparalleled. We gave Kim creative freedom to do what she does best and did not want to spend more than 20 minutes doing all of the traditional, posed shots. The way that Kim captured each moment, each emotion, each detail, and of course, all of the hidden moments that we missed, truly lets us relive the day every time we see the pictures. The final album that Kim produced is absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. We could not believe the cost of these albums, but, Kim’s album is worth way more than what she charged. It is one of our most prized possessions, truly a work of art that we will proudly share with all of our future friends and family.

Tom was the only vendor that we hired without actually meeting him in person beforehand. He came so highly recommended, and was able to do everything that we had requested of him, so we hired him right away. In the preparation, Tom was excellent—he attended the walk through at the venue to check out the set up, was extremely responsive to phone calls and emails, and had a great attitude, especially a few days before when we made changes to the set up. On the night of, Tom was exceptional. We used his equipment for the ceremony and it was excellent. At the reception, he was the perfect combination to make sure that everyone was dancing but that there was no annoying or cheesy banter. He handled all of our requests and even when our timeline got delayed, he coordinated well with the other vendors and kept everything moving. It was a pleasure to have him.

There is no vendor that I can give a higher recommendation or review of than Michelle Brue. Whether for her creative genius, her flawless execution or her unbeatable prices, we were completely blown away by Michelle. The flower choices, preservation, arrangements, bouquets, vases—each detail was beautiful and perfect. We gave Michelle some general flower preferences, colors and arrangement ideas that we liked and gave her creative freedom. What she came up with was beyond our wildest expectations and imagination. Every guest raved about the flowers—many told us that the arrangements they took home lasted for weeks. I adored my bouquet of peonies and orchids—it was the perfect combination of classic and glamour to compliment my dress. Michelle was extremely conscientious about out budget. She made many recommendations to reuse arrangements and bouquets during the reception. Michelle visited our unique venue with us and immediately came up with ways to fill spaces, cover unsightly areas, and make the most of the large space. Her attitude was enthusiastic and “can-do,” however she was also 100% honest with us, and made suggestions to some of my ideas to make them more affordable and realistic. Most importantly, when I first saw my bouquet, when we walked into the ceremony room and the reception room, my breath was taken away. Every bride should have that feeling, and Michelle will make it happen.
