I didn't want the traditional cake and Publix helped me make cup cake arrangements that could be served to all my guests from a larger tiered display. I used both chocolate and white buttercream for a black and white type feel. They showed me how to decorate the display with fresh flowers and I truly felt this gave my wedding more style! I also chose a second bakery venue to do cheese cakes per table so every palate could be pleased! But overall, the true aesthetic effect was supplied by the nice people at Publix on Sam Rittenberg Blvd!

I'm just a bit crafty and wanted my favors to reflect this. I of course chose Michaels to help make lovely wood wine bottle holders for my wedding party that were paired with bottles of champagne. Michaels helped me with the templates and supplies...They recommended silk flowers and showed me a fantastic stencilling kit that made everyone in my party's gift a truly personal one. I was able to use mini bottles with flowers and small personalized shopping bags for my other guests thanks to the ingenuity of the staff at Michaels. I truly give them an A for customer service and creativity! I think if you love crafts Michaels can help give your wedding that personal touch!

I did not want a cheesy bachlorette party where all my friends get drunk and do indiscriminate things. I didn't want male strippers or other such entertainment. I'm old enough to beyond such parties. Instead, I chose Urban Nirvana Spa for a day of pampering including spa treatments like massages and wraps...We had a lovely champagne luncheon and all got treated to manicures before the big day. The staff was dedicated to our needs and made us all look and feel lovely after months of stressful wedding planning. I would highly recommend this spa because it has excellent sanitation and excellent pricing. Many others are out of control even when it comes to larger parties. I have found that working with larger parties often makes some businesses only see dollar signs. At Urban Nirvana we were treated well and sent away with lovely spa goodies! This kept this bride happy and the integrity of my bachlorette party intact!

Eli's Cheesecake first came to my attention when Oprah mentioned them on her show and picked them as the best of the best in terms of cheesecake. I ordered one and was totally floored by the quality of their cakes. I had always been a Junior's fan, but Eli's puts Juniors to shame. I ordered a cheesecake for every table because I used a cup cake wedding cake and wanted to accomodate all palates. These creamy and delicious concoctions were a hit! There delivery is excellent and all come in coolers with dry ice. They try hard to help with larger occasions like weddings and worked with me to hit a good target delivery date. Delicious product and impressive service makes for my future business and hopefully others who read this!

Edible Arrangements was a hit for me as the concept is so much nicer then standard flowers for centerpieces! I find that the idea of using fruit is wonderful because it also adds to the menu. The service at their Old Towne Road location is excellent and their delivery times are precise and on target. All of the arrangements came cold and fresh. I do recommend giving yourself a short window between delivery and your event as this ensures the freshness of the fruit and that it stays cool. These also make neat favors! So if you want more then flowers, you might just get fruity like me and try this!...They can even dip them in chocolate!
