She does not have a virtual store, but she has a booth @ Century City Farmers Market every Thursday. You can pick the flavors you want and then tell her what kind of design you are looking for; she then will make a few samples.

Her price is very reasonable. I ordered my cupcake tower which can feed more than 110 ppl for only $500 (which includes a 6" cutting cake, delivery & tower rental). And she did the custom made fondant decoration on each cupcake and they look amazing!

I spent a lot of time making my timeline, but not everything went the way I planned it. He gave us great suggestions and ran everything smoothly so that nobody noticed anything.

I spent a little over $1700 which includes my bouquet, MOH bouquet, toss-away bouquet, 11 centerpieces (5 tall & 6 short), 2 flower arrangements, 8 carnation kissing ball, plus boutonnieres & corsages and some petals for the isle and table.

Salesperson was pretty helpful. I had some idea on picking out my gown, so it went faily smooth. After trying 4 or 5 dresses, I decided which gown to go for.

But alteration department is not so good. Took forever for them to do the alteration, almost 2 months.

But overall experience was ok.


***Update after the wedding***
When I put on the dress on my wedding day, the hook above the zipper fell! I was like shocked for 30 seconds. It's pratically a brand new dress (only tried it on 3 times). They need a better quality control.

People are very nice there, they offered free samples so that we can go home and test it before our purchase.

Bad Customer Service.
On their website, it says all orders will be processed and completed within 2 to business days.

Ordered my save the date card.
After 4 business days, called them up to check on the status. CSR told me they had a delay on processing my credit card, but it'd be done the next day or so.

Waited 2 more days, called again. CSR told me they have not yet started my order because they don't know what color to print. (I picked the color when I placed the order). And he also told me that they tried to reach me, but I never get back to them. I told him I did NOT receive any email or phone calls from them since I placed my order. Questioned him about the gurantee they have on the website, and told me it does not apply to my situation because I did not respond! And he personally gurantted me that my order will be shipped out in 2 days.

Waited 2 more business days, called again. CSR told me it's not done yet for whatever reason. I have had enough of this bs, so i cancelled the order.
