Very disappointed with the results for the price paid. Overall flowers looked okay but I could have received the same flowers at a lower cost and received better customer service. Customer service is my biggest complaint. They made changes back and forth the week of my wedding. Every time I contacted the designer, Xavi, she was always looking at an older invoice even though I emailed her updates regularly. The day of the wedding was the most disappointing with terrible staff. The flower girls kissing balls and one bridesmaid's bouquet fell apart before the end of the ceremony. The groom's flowers fell apart and when I asked them to replace his orchid they pulled the orchid out of the bride's bouquet. The centerpieces did not turn out as expected. The staff was supposed to return after the reception to pick up the vases from the centerpieces but never arrived that day. My reception venue was upset because they had to setup for another wedding right after mine. I spoke with my reception venue on 8/23/07 and they indicated the vases were still there and they made multiple attempts to contact Petals by Xavi to pick up the vases! They were very disappointed and said they would prefer not to work with this company in the future. They did refund me a total of $220 for the trouble, but honestly the refund was not worth all the trouble. I would have rather had someone that got it done right the first time. Check out other brides' reviews on other websites. You'll find they have similar things to say about this company. Mainly, you will find that you will not get what you paid for.
