I will hold off before giving my final review, but let me just say that it has been almost 5 months and they still have not delivered my wedding video. In addition, when I signed on with them they did not tell me that there was an additional 25% fee to get your video within 2 weeks of your wedding. It was not until the week before, when they were demanding final payment, that they informed me that regular processing is 4 months. I felt like this was being very sneaky.
I went with Nick, Margaret's recommendation, who was very professional. Waiting to see the final product.
FINAL REVIEW:
I am very disappointed with the final product. The highlight video was definitely not as good with all the transitions as in the samples that I saw. I feel like their samples are really good and they reel you in with that. The full length video was ok. In hindsight, I would have rather had Weddings on Film or Justin Fone as my videographer. It may have cost a little more, but well worth it.

I got two albums-- one for my Mother and another for my Grandmother. They turned out beautifully. I would order from them again. I used a buy one get one free coupon for two deluxe albums and that was a great deal.
I will also be ordering from Picaboo to compare. =)
I did consider Gene for my wedding photos. He was very nice and personable at our meeting. He even offered to fly out to New Orleans to shoot my engagement photos at no extra cost!! I had a tough time deciding between him and my photographer.
Gene takes great wow-factor photos with all the details. The reason that I decided not to go with his service is because after reviewing his many photo albums, I realized that his photos were overwhelmingly focused on the details and may not get enough of the "tender wedding couple moments" that I wanted. It is more of a personal preference with wedding photos and style, and personally, I wanted more focus on the wedding couple.

Absolutely awesome!! I bought all my ribbon there and it was so much cheaper than other stores!!
I bought my pink linen favor boxes from Efavormart.com. When I got my boxes, they were warped. They told me to take a photo of my damaged boxes and e-mail it to them. Their e-mail response is very slow. They did issue a very small refund for the damaged boxes, which was better than nothing. Out of the 200 that I ordered, 150 of them were of decent, acceptable quality. After I dressed up the boxes, they did look great. I can't speak about how reliable their quality is since they shipped me boxes that weren't in mint condition. Their prices are substantially cheaper.
I've also read many reviews on the internet about them scamming people.
I had decided very early that I wanted a DOC since I was planning my wedding from afar. I had chosen Michelle as my wedding coordinator because she got so many rave reviews on this website. I have to say that our communication pre-wedding was good. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She even hooked me up with Elle Lighting who did a great job and gave a discounted price since I was a client of hers. Knowing that I had a DOC and a really capable catering crew really took the stress off my shoulders.
I hired Michelle also for the wedding rehearsal. My officiant was also present for the rehearsal. I have to say that I was disappointed in the rehearsal portion because Michelle basically just lined us up and had us practice walking down the aisle. She did not give detailed directions that a professional should give, such as...hold your bouquet at your waist, remind the MOH to perform certain duties during the ceremony, etc. I was a bit disappointed at other little things that she did not do.
The assistant that she brought to the wedding with her was less of a wedding coordinator and more of a side-kick to carry things. I do acknowledge that she is pregnant and needs assistance, but I do wish that she made this clear from the beginning, that it is not a two-person coordinating team, truthfully.
I did e-mail Michelle about these issues, and she did promptly and kindly respond. Her services are very basic and I believe that if you want attention to the finer details (without prompting to do so), go with another coordinator.

This is the only banquet style Korean restaurants that I have been to. It is very clean. We were seated upstairs and had the entire floor to ourselves, which was a plus. Their service, however, was a bit slow. The food was very good and their desserts were very unique. They had fruit sorbets served in the actual fruit themselves. I would highly recommend this place if you are searching for a traditional Korean restaurant to have your rehearsal dinner.

Contemporary decor, awesome food, and atmosphere. There are some really unique dishes, such as the salmon rolls and dry fried scallops that are so...good. We had blocked out the entire rear portion of the restaurant so it was pretty private. Everyone loved the food and decor. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a cool, hip, Chinese restaurant that has both traditional and fusion entrees.
I LOVED my Manolos!! When I saw them at Neiman Marcus, Las Vegas, I knew that they would match perfectly with my dress and my color scheme. Also, I can wear them again!
I absolutely LOVED my Vera Wang dress and got to wear it at the wedding and for more photos during my honeymoon. ;)
