PLEASE DO NOT TRUST FUNNYBUGGY! Save yourself the pain and heartache. I am so sad to say that Shawna Shenette was a nightmare to work with. My invitations arrived 2 1/2 months later than the date we agreed on in our contract. Shawna sent me emails telling me that the invitations had shipped. It was only after they never arrived that I figured out that she never shipped them. This occurred several times. I, the bride, was in tears. I felt so powerless dealing with her over email...and she NEVER answers her phone. Unfortunately it doesn't end here, she still owes us for 2 invitations that we never received (she sent fewer invitations than we ordered) and she never sent us our Thank You cards. She will not return our emails or our phone messages, basically shutting off all communication. We are contemplating filing a police report. I am so sad it came to this. She was the only vendor that caused me stress. Please be warned, don't trust Shawna Shenette.
