This company is HORRIBLE. My fiance and I ordered magnets from them and when we received them, they were blurry!!! So, I called and spoke to the owner, Rich. He said that they would re-print them and send them back out (and I would receive them in one week).
One week later, I did not receive them, so I called and spoke to Rich again. When I asked him for the shipment tracking number so I could see where my package was, he began yelling at me! And said that he hadn't even started on them yet!!! I was completely shocked! No apology what-so-ever!! So, this time, he said that my magnets would take 3 days.
3 days later.... no magnets =(. So, I called and spoke to a woman and told her my situation. She said that Rich hadn't even started on them yet! She said that he never follows through with promises. She said that there have been MANY complaints against him.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

very poor customer service... and a very rude owner!!
