I had a FREE trial with Lillian Toma of Starlight Makeup and I must say, it was even better than I expected. Not only was it RISK-FREE, but she worked with me to get a better idea of what I wanted and also offered helpful suggestions as to what would look best for my wedding day. I've had airbrush done before by other make up artists and didn't know if I'd want to try it again, but Lillian did a FABULOUS job on mine!!!!!!! I have a few blemishes here and there and she cleaned up my face and it looked flawless. I also wanted to go for that fresh, dewy J Lo skin look and she definitely achieved it. It's very rare that an artist is so confident in their work that they'll offer a FREE, risk-free trial. It was worth it and then some!!!!1 I hired her for my wedding in September and she's driving all the way to St. Charles to do my make up for me and my bridesmaids. She's a must see!!!!

I spent $90 for the trial and I must say, I could have done a better job. Sonia did not do my make up; one of her artists did. She put light pink eye shadow on me and it did nothing for me. I understand you don't want to overdo the eye shadown on your wedding day, but they actually underdid it. They did not trim down the eye lashes so it looked very fake. I was pretty disappointed. The shop was very cute, but the service didn't follow through. They charge $225 for bridal make up and then additional for any overtime. I would have paid it if I felt it was worth it, but it wasn't.
