DJ Kevin did the audio for our wedding ceremony and acted as our DJ and MC for the reception. He was very professional and played everything we asked for. He also made some suggestions based on our choices to ensure that the older family members would have a good time, too. Most of our guests were on the dance floor with us the entire night!

This is the company that provided all of the lighting for our reception. We did up-lighting in the tent per our coordinators recommendation, and it changed the feel so much! It looked amazing, and it was no where near as expensive as filling the tent with flowers. We also did some Chinese lanters to add some texture. Everything looked new.

This was one of the vendors that made an extra fuss over talking with my grandparents. They have some trouble getting around, so when Mike said hello and started talking with them my grandfather thought it was the greatest thing ever. This vendor went above and beyond - which I didn't expect from the lighting team! Classy move, and greatly appreciated by my entire family.

We decided to get a tent for above the dinner area at our reception. It was clean, stable, and looked pretty with the lighting we chose. They also provided our dance floor, and it looked almost new, which was pretty cool.

This is a local find that my bridesmaids hit upon when looking for inexpensive manis/pedis. It certainly wasn't as fancy as the Spa, but it was A LOT more affordable. All of my girls even got cool little Hawaiian flowers on their big toes. Very cute!

Karli did my hair and makeup. She was amazing! My hair is very thick, so I was worried that it wouldn't stay in place all night, or that I would have helmet head. Nope! Great products, great personality, and a lot of fun. I highly recommend Karli! She's one of *the* best recommendations from my wedding coordinator!

We went here first for the groomsmen shirts. The quality just wasn't there. The shirts left rough like they were made from cheap material, and the patterns were a little too much for our wedding photos. Maybe if you were going to a luau it would look okay, but it was just over the top touristy.

Our super cool groomsmen decided that island-style shirts were the way to go. We loved the selection at Tommy Bahama, and the light weight silk felt great. I made my DH buy a couple, too, because they felt so good! They looked great in the wedding photos, too. Great buy!

For bridesmaid gifts, I decided to get each of the girls a Palm Tree necklace. Because we bought so many of them, the store gave us a discount. Each of the gifts were boxed, wrapped and put in cute little bags for me to present to the girls the morning of the wedding. Now every time we go out together we all wear our Hawaii mementos.

Because we had some many people in our wedding party we decided to get two vehicles: a limo and a chauffered SUV. It worked out great and we all had fun going places and getting a lot of pictures before the ceremony. Then we took the limo for some photos away from the estate after the wedding. It was nice to get to spend a few moments alone together during such a busy day. Just getting to talk in the back of the limo was one of my favorite moments of our wedding day. So romantic!

The Grand Wailea is a beautiful place to stay during your wedding. They made sure that everything went smoothly and it seemed like very employee knew we were getting married at the restaurants, the spa, the pool... everywhere we went! The cost was a little high for all of our guests, so only a few people stayed here with us. They also upgraded not only our room, but BOTH sets of parents! I know my coordinator called in a favor for that one, which was a great surprise for everyone.
