Even though they are in Lynchburg - worth the drive b/c of the personal touch. Great customer service, willing to help you try on as many gowns as it takes without talking you into the pricest one. No ackward moments, and they also have bridesmaid, shoes and jewelery. I would recommend them to any bride in the area.
Very professional, willing to have multiple meetings to discuss what YOU want. Reasonable pricing with really nice photo albums. Willing to come to rehersal dinner and look at lighting and set-up to get the best shots. Would definately use again.

Great set-up - decorations, chair and table covers included. Can get married and have reception in same place - indoor or out. Plenty of parking, close to downtown Vinton, only ~ 10 minutes off 581. Easy to get to from Roanoke Hotels. Staff knowledgable and willing to work with you and see you multiple times for set-up and decorations.
