We loved Photobooth Royale! From day 1 they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
On the day of my wedding, they were on time, prepared, and patient with the rush of eager guests. The photos came out great. I received print samples from several different companies and Photobooth Royale had the best print quality.
A CD of all my images was left for me that very night and all my guests raved about how fun it was to have them at our event.
I highly recommend Photobooth Royale for any of your event needs. Feel free to PM me if you want more feedback.

Hiring Jamie was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning.
Jamie was the first photographer I met and I loved her laid-back personality and cheerful smile right away. She was confident in her art, but always made it about us. I met a few more photographers along the way because I wanted to do my research, but in my gut I knew Jamie was perfect for us.
Finally, we signed and did our engagement session. She was calm and relaxed, which helped us be natural in front of the camera. On the day of the wedding, Jamie and Aubrey were amazing. They were always around when I needed them, but never in anybody’s way.
We just received our photos and are so pleased with every shot. Jamie captured all the special moments and helps us relive our wedding everyday. Photos are in my bio if you want to check them out.
Working with 4th Wall Productions was a dream. From the start they were responsive with email communication and able to work with me on my wedding needs. Aaron was great in talking me through the process and explaining what would be valuable to me, based on the information I gave him about my wedding and budget.
Being an out of town bride (living in NY, wedding in SF), it was really important to me that my vendors were strong at communication. Aaron was always able to answer my emails in a timely fashion and if anything needed clarification, he didn't hesitate to pick up the phone.
On the day of my wedding, the team arrived early and setup seamlessly. They were dressed in professional, dark clothes to stay discreet. They were very nice and made all my guests feel comfortable. My husband was really nervous about having a videographer because he didn't want a camera in his face all night, but he never even realized when the camera was on him.
I highly recommend 4th Wall for any of your video needs.
One word.... AMAZING
The Keith Johnson Band was a last minute add to my wedding and probably one of the best decisions I made. My husbad really wanted a live band, but early on he just decided that we couldn't make room in our budget for one. Meanwhile, I had been debating on what to give him as an engagement gift and decided to surprise him with a band!
I had almost booked a different band, when a friend referred me to Keith and his band. We exchanged some emails and discussed my needs over the phone. Keith was professional, responsive, and had great energy. He was great with working with me on a mix of songs, and promised to include Journey for my husband. I decided to book them, sight unseen since I live in NY. He assured me that they would get the party rocking. And they sure did!!
Our parents could barely sit down, some family memebers that normally never dance were on their feet, and the best was when one of my close friends told me she hadn't seen her husband dance at all since their own wedding years ago.
My only regret was not splurging and having them play longer. I think they would have been worth the venue overtime charges. I'll be calling on them again the next time I need a band!

My experience here was average, but I think my expectations might have been too high. Living in Manhattan, you can't not go here at least to try some dresses on. But it's such a large store with so much traffic, that it's hard to feel like the experience is personalized for you.
Upon arriving on my first appointment (on a weekend), I had to wait at least 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. My salesperson was very nice and fun to work with. She pulled me about 10 dresses, and I left liking at least 2 options. On my second visit, I tried on maybe 5 new ones and the top 3 from my first trip. When I asked to see more options, I was told that these were all the ones that fit my budget and vision. My budget was conservative, but I didn't think it was so low that they wouldn't have at least 30 dresses in my range, given that the claim to have the largest selection in the world.
I will say though, if you know the right people there or are spending the right amount of money, the experience is probably different. Another friend of mine bought her dress there and loved every minute of it. But she did have an inside connection.
Overall, there was nothing wrong with the experience, but it just wasn't for me. I found another place to purchase my dress where things were much more personalized. If you live in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.

After trying more than 50 dresses within San Francisco and Manhattan, I ended up at Gabriella's beautiful salon. Everyone there was sincere and attentive. The salon is welcoming and has a great assortment of gowns from various designers. What I loved most was that I was really made to feel at home. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed.
On my first visit, I tried on some beautiful gowns, but didn't find quite the right one. I was invited back for a Matthew Christopher trunk show and that is where I found the perfect dress. Matthew and Gabriella were both there to discuss personalizing the dress for me. I loved that they were open to my suggestions but provided honest feedback as well.
I made several trips back to finalize my order, try my dress on, and start my alterations. Each time I left feeling even more excited about my wedding.
Thanks to Gabriella and her team for making the dress shopping experience enjoyable!
The short version of my review is: Ava and her team are awesome, the food is delicious and interesting, and my overall experience was perfect.
Details....
Let's start with Ava. She is professional, resourceful, and responsive. She was easy to work with, and I don't even live in CA. She returned phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, which is so important for brides. She is also great to bounce ideas off of and was able to help me work through my menu and rental decisions. On the day of the wedding, she was pleasant and polished. She managed her team very well and I did not hear of any hiccups throughout the day.
The food. SOOOO good! We had our tasting with our a group of people and we were all impressed. We were given plenty of time to taste and comment on every dish. My parents were convinced that even their older, Asian guests would enjoy the meal.
And on the wedding day, Le's Kitchen did not disappoint. Every guest I spoke to commented on how great the food was. I got a text from my MOH's dad that said - best wedding food ever. Even my grandmothers were smacking their lips. And the best part was everybody had enough to eat. My personal favorites are the sea bass, quail, and garlic noodles. My husband and I made sure to sit down at least 3 times to shovel yummy morsels into our mouths between toasts.
Cocktail hour appetizers were also great. And thanks to Ava for saving a plate for hubby and I to munch on.
The service. Everyone was nice and professional. They were neatly dressed and tended to the tables perfectly. Changing plates and filling glasses when needed, but staying out of the way when things were going on. Ava and her staff worked very hard to set up the reception room and it clearly showed. All of my guests were wowed when they walked in the room.
Hands down 5 stars. PM me if you have any questions, I'd be happy to tell you more about my experience.
Let me just begin by saying - WOW. Working with Craig and Alex was a dream. They are creative, patient, and so on time with everything they do. They are prompt to respond to emails and not shy to pick up the phone to make sure everything is crystal clear. I have had one huge vendor Nightmare during my planning, so I've been a little on edge, but working with Alex & Craig restored my faith in the industry and reminded me of what superb customer service is all about.
We started with some inspirations and came up with an initial design that I loved. FI didn't "get" the birdcage so Alex and Craig were kind enough to go through a few more rounds of proofs with us. And when FI said - you know what, you were right, the birdcage is the best, I thought - How am I going to go back and tell them we want to go with the first option after all that? Well, they were totally fine with it and didn't make me feel bad at all.
From there we went straight into final proofs and production. Invoicing and payments were done efficiently via PayPal. The invites arrived at my apartment nicely wrapped and tucked into tissue to prevent damage. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received on my suite since I sent them out.
Thank you Alex & Craig for making a lovely contribution to my wedding details. All the best to you in growing your business.

My wedding hasn't happened yet, but I have had the pleasure of doing a trial with Giao. She is talented and I appreciate her ability to work with Asian eyes. I attended a wedding after my trial and got so many compliments. My skin looked flawless and my eyes really came to life. My hair stayed in place all the way to the last cocktail!
Above and beyond her talent, Giao is so pleasant and warm. She brings a breath of fresh air among all the stress of wedding planning. It's wonderful to work with someone professional, responsive, and easy to get along with. Knowing how important your wedding day is and how much time you spend with your vendors, I'm very glad to have Giao as part of my dream team.
