This woman is amazing! She can do every type or style cake imaginable. There is just nothing that can top her talent. Local vendor, works from her home - but has been doing cakes for years. Taught Witon classes for various places in Texas and Virginia.

We took lessons at Capital Ballroom. Fun group lessons for doing foxtrot (my fiancee's favorite) and tango and waltz. After that what else do you need? The lessons were lively and casual. No stress and made us comfortable enough to get out and actually move on the dance floor. Price was reasonable, scheduling was more problematic. Consider doing this well in advance of the wedding (like the first part of your "year" of planning).

This adoreable spa in downtown leesburg does a fantastic facial or massage. Their deep tissue massage really can relax even the most stressed out bride (or mother-of-the-bride). Parking is an issue if you are going to do a bridal party, but there is a garage around the block. They can accomidate small bridal groups but plan in advance. They also have tons of lotions, creams, candles and the like if you want to pick up gifts for the bridal attendants or special guests. Because of thier size I woudn't do more than four or five people at a time... I was also not please with my french manacure (the paint job) but the manacure itself was good. Several of their folks speak french which was fun since the honeymoon is in France.

Increadible - is the only word to describe this shop. Everything you could need and then some. Every style accessory. Spent wayyyy too much money - but only because I wanted EVERYTHING. It is an amazing store. And everyone was sooo nice. Made for a wonderful surprise on the honeymoon....

This group is very adaptible. Does a variaty of string/piano combinations (trio, quartet, includes cello, violin...) and does outdoor events. Well dressed, and animated, with some of their own compositions (running and hanging by a thread are two I remember).

very talented, very low key - your ears won't be ringing for the next week due to the decible level but songs they played may be on your mind.

Cole Porter, Girshwin, Bach.. they do a great job for a reasonable fee.

This place is awesome! We are local to the area and use it all the time for special dinners, special parties and of course our rehearsal dinner! They have a wide variety of foods, local brewery beers, a upscale decor in an old converted mill setting. The foods are are fusion type with a northern european flair. They can do buffett style - have a fantastic fresh seafood selection. Their desserts are unique and flavorful. Not the "same old" by any means. The fresh berries and zabaione are my favorites.

They can cater small to large parties, have seperate dinning or meeting rooms. Excellent wine selection. Been going to them since their opening day party - and will continue to go.. as bonus information for those not familiar with the area - there is a spa/salon right below them that does EVERYTHING you need. The owner Tony is ever so helpful and accomidating. His salon is upscale and stylish, you are made comfortable from your first moment.
