Goodhue designs is wonderful. I had contacted Mary Ann early on in my wedding planning process and she was sweet enough to pencil me in so she could anticipate when my project would come in. I love traditional calligraphy and Mary Ann did a wonderful job with my envelopes. She was super quick with any last minute changes/additions. I also loved that Mary Ann offered different ink colors. Since my colors were espresso brown and oranges, she did my invitation addresses in dark brown. I found her pricing to be the best. As an added bonus when I booked with her, she also had a promotion that included free place cards! I highly recommend her!

I ordered table numbers and thank you cards from White Aisle. I had placed my order right around the time they were in the process of moving to another state and they shipped it out promptly. They were great!

Melina was easy to work with from Papel Vivo. Even though she is based in Canada, her responses were always prompt and everything went smoothly. I loved Papel Vivo's creative designs. The turn-around time from each sample was super quick! The quality of work was excellent and the prices were very fair and reasonable. Our invitations arrived early and were perfect!

Rev. Clint Huff was a lifesaver! Our original officiant could not marry us due to a misunderstanding and we didn't learn this until 5 days before our wedding! My coordinator, Karri Lucas, had worked with Rev. Clint before and called him. She highly recommended him and from the moment we spoke to him, we could see why. Even in the most unexpected and stressful time, Rev. Clint was friendly, accommodating, and so willing and excited to help that he calmed us down after our first phone call. At the end of our first phone call, Rev. Clint told us- don't worry, we'll get you married! Those words truly echoed in our minds for the rest of the week. Within those few days, we had the ceremony program drafted out that we were happy with (Nothing had been done at that point) and we met with him for coffee the day before our wedding. He wanted to learn all about us and he truly cared about who we were and we loved that he was someone who truly loved being an officiant. He had such confidence and warmth that we counted out lucky stars that he was available such last minute since it was the only weekend he had free in 2008. No one at our wedding even realized that Rev. Clint was a last minute change and guests commented that Rev. Clint had this way of making everyone feel that Rev. Clint had known us for years. I highly recommend him!

Jenny Yoo was great for my bridesmaid dresses. My best friend and I were both getting married around the same time so we did a joint appointment so we and our best friend could all try on bridesmaid dresses. I picked Jenny Yoo because of their wide range of fabrics and colors. My bridesmaid dresses were a terracotta/coral color, which I did not find at many other designers.

All of the ladies I worked with at Jenny Yoo were quick in responding my calls and e-mails-- they were super attentive and friendly when we were there for our appointments. The quality of the dresses were phenomenal- while their dresses are pricey, you definitely get what you pay for! What I loved is how well the dress fit each girl. I loved the ranges of sizes/styles/colors/fabrics available at the store so my petite bridesmaids didn't have to try on the standard sample size 10 and get pinned into the dress and wonder how it would look on them. Jenny Yoo does not offer alterations, which I appreciated because I felt that they were truly honest in the sizes and measurements. I highly recommend Jenny Yoo!

Sherry did a fantastic job doing my hair and makeup. Sherry did my hair and makeup 3 times. She did my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot, which was great because I felt really comfortable with her on my wedding day. We tried my hair half up for my engagement shoot so I had time to decide whether I wanted it half up or completely up. I loved Sherry because she does such a natural job with my makeup. Even though I rarely wear makeup, I felt comfortable with how I looked in full makeup. I love Sherry's philosophy that makeup shouldn't cover you up but highlight your features totally fits how I feel. Sherry has a warm and bubbly personality that I loved sitting in her makeup chair as she worked. Having been a bridesmaid many times this past year, I felt most at ease with Sherry because I felt that she paid attention to you and your face and what looked best on you. I decided to put my hair up for my wedding and Sherry did a wonderful job! My hair and makeup lasted the whole night. Sherry and Marilyn also did my bridmaids hair, and mother and grandmother's makeup and it all looked fabulous! Sherry did my makeup and hair again for my makeup bride/groom photo shoot a month later and she again did a perfect job. I highly recommend Sherry!

While I didn't purchase my dress here, I highly recommend Claire Pettibone. While I was fairly certain I wanted more of a traditional dress, I loved my experience at Claire Pettibone-- I found myself pleasantly surprised how many nontraditional dresses I loved. It definitely gave me more to think about!

While some stores limit the number of dresses you can try on each time and you feel either out of place, rushed, or pressured, the saleslady encouraged me to try on the whole store if I wanted to! I loved the freedom to try on anything and not feel that I would get pressured to pick a dress. This store gave me "that" feeling you get when you try on dresses!
