It has been almost a year and we still have not received our pre-paid wedding album. Even though Toki had always been responsive before the wedding, after the wedding it became harder and harder to get a hold of her. We have tried calling and emailing her many times and now she just stopped responding. the last time she spoke to me it was 3 months ago and she said she will get the album done in the next 1-2 weeks. To date, I have not heard anything from her. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional.
