We decided not to move forward with the Vanilla Bake Shop because for what we were looking for it was bit out of our budget. However the tasting and consultation was great! We tried 7 different cupcakes and had two different cake shots! Everything was super yummy!

When first decided to try the Cake Studio, I was super excited because of the great reviews I read from a different search engine I was using. However when I got there Sonia (the owner) seemed a little uneasy. She even made a comment to me that made me feel a little uneasy as well but once we got started with the tasting she warmed up. Her cakes (taste-wise) were not as impressive as I imagined. The cake itself was moist but the filing were super sweet and seemed to have almost an artificial taste them. However her designs were absolutely stunning! Also once she warms up, she can get very creative and makes the whole consultation super fun. Creative and design Wise 5 Stars, taste wise and customer service, 3 stars.

We couldn't decide between A Sweet Design and another vendor. It was seriously a toss up. We decided not to move forward with Sweet Design but I had to write a review on how great Joeleen and her cakes are. She seriously has amazing customer service!! She was highly recommended by our DOC and I can see why. She spent a lot time with us and when I asked her if we could try different cakes then what she initially gave us at our tasting..she was more then happy to pack us another tasting to go. She is super talented and I can see why she receives such amazing reviews. Her cakes are moist and tasty and her pricing is super reasonable. I will definitely refer her in the future to friends and family!

Joe came highly referred by vendors I hired. I contacted Joe and he was very responsive and works with your budget. We had a hard time setting a time to meet Joe because of his busy schedule and his location. We live in the LA area and he lives in the OC. However he was very responsive via email. My Fiance and I didn't end up hiring Joe but I would highly recommend him to others. He definitely produces beautiful work and his customer service is top notch.

I was not impressed with this vendor at all. I called them early in my planning process. I found them a on preferred list from my venue. The sales rep who called me was very rude and when she asked me what my budget was she stated that they may not be the right caterer for me. Since this was the first caterer I called I wasn't sure how to react. However every other caterer I have spoken to has been really helpful and accommodating. I can't really judge this caterer company as a whole but from my initial experience they were definitely very disappointing.

Tom was very accommodating and met at our location. He was very organized and showed us how he outlined and worked a wedding. We also were up in the air in regards to choosing our DOC at the time and he ended bringing a time line, what he called " A very organized DOC", it ended being the DOC we were meeting with that weekend! Soon after our meeting we hired him and also hired the DOC! I will update you after our wedding.

Picking a Videographer was super challenging for my fiance and I. We asked my photographer, Wedding Planner and look through wedding blogs. We stumbled across Digital Princess Production and were super impressed! Andrea sent us a demo and offered to meet us at our location. She really worked with us and listened to our vision. The best part is she has us involved in the music selection for our edited DVD! Love it! I will be writing up an update after the wedding!
