I bought a very expensive sash from Alice Hart. She was nice to me over email and easy to work with and when I received the sash it did not look like the photos. It was supposed to mimic the Vera Wang Audrey sash but, what I got was a sort of loosely wound and fluffy tulle sash. i couldn't even see the pearl beads inside of it. It didn't really look like the photos. These poufy tulle flowers were stuck together on top of an ivory grosgrain ribbon. There is no way this sash could ever be worth $175.00. When I mentioned that I couldn't see the beads and that it didn't look like the photos she offered to 'fix' it and said I could ship it back to Canada from where I live in the USA. The shipping back and forth to Canada would have cost me an extra $20 to $30. If something doesn't look like the photo, I think the vendor should pay for shipping and offer a return. Bottom line, this sash is not worth more than a few dollars with its cheap materials and I paid $175.00. For something this expensive, I expected couture quality and the best craftsmanship. I didn't get it. Don't expect your items to look like the photos you see on her website. A beautiful photo does not mean a beautiful item.
